The new rooms are BEAUTIFUL and a huge improvement. But what made our visit was the very kind and attentive staff, Jayme, Maria, and Beatrice. So very friendly and enthusiastic! Thank you ladies!!!

The location is excellent, right off the highway. My S.D., Gia & I received a warm welcome from Jayme! She was friendly and professional. The same great experience was had with Maria, Beatriz (over the phone) & Sonia! I look forward to staying in this Hampton Inn again! Great job🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
- CMChris McDonellOct 20, 20253.0I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites on the night of Saturday, October 18 into Sunday, October 19, and unfortunately experienced a major noise issue from the neighboring ENVY Event Venue. Between 2:30 and 4:00 AM, extremely loud music was blasting from cars in the parking lot, making it impossible to sleep. To their credit, the hotel staff did everything they could, they were polite, professional, and contacted the police to address the disturbance. The police responded and temporarily stopped the music, but once they left, it started up again. Unfortunately, there’s only so much the hotel can do when the noise comes from another property. This issue isn’t a reflection of the hotel’s service or cleanliness, which were both excellent, but travelers should be aware that late-night events at the nearby venue can cause serious noise problems. If you’re a light sleeper or staying over a weekend, you may want to bring earplugs or request a room farther from that side of the building.
