- RPRobson PolottoNov 18, 20255.0O hotel é pé na areia e o serviço de praia é excelente, fomos muito bem atendidos pela equipe toda em especial pelo meu xará o senhor José Sanches que fica na barraca e pelo Triniti, um jovem brasileiro do Rio Grande do Norte, que arrumou cadeiras, toalhas além de brinquedos de praia, boias e pranchas para as crianças. Também trazia copos com gelo sempre que precisamos, me senti melhor do que no Brasil, afinal tinha tudo menos os ambulantes incomodando a cada 30 segundos. Detalhe tem uma cafeteria anexo ao hotel com um atendente Argentino torcedor do Boca, super gente fina. O quarto é super limpo e eles trocam toalhas e deixam tudo organizado diariamente. Ah, tem mais uma vantagem a tarde o único lugar do setor que fica com sol até o final do dia é na frente desse hotel. Obrigado a todos pelo acolhimento, recomendo muito!

After I was given a key card to the room 2508-2 I was shocked by what I saw.The hotel is very old and dirty. Is it serious? By Hilton? I'm not used to that. And the water in the shower practically didn't go down very slowly, door in the kitchen cabinet was broken , when I reported it, they fixed very quickly. Location is great. But be aware of constraction on Collins Ave, traffic moves very slow. It will be great to rest and enjoy vacation not to complain. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.
- JLJowin LimNov 9, 20251.0Disappointing Stay at DoubleTree Miami Unfortunately, my stay at DoubleTree Miami was far from pleasant. The hotel feels very outdated — both the building and the room. The atmosphere was honestly a bit creepy. Only one staff member was at the front desk, which made the check-in process slow and unwelcoming. Overall, I felt very uncomfortable throughout my stay. Definitely not the experience I expected from a Hilton-branded hotel.

The rooms, common areas need a facelift. Our room offered a great view of the ocean. Too bad the carpet, furniture and bathroom were extremely old desperately needing a facelift. The pipes in the bathroom would rumble and vibrate every time we showered. The jacuzzi was filled with bugs. The pool overall was very clean. The hotel did offer us lounge chairs and towels for the beach. The staff at the beach area, bar and reception were awesome and made us feel welcome. Valet parking is $40 a day, this seems to be the going rate in the area. Great experience overall, however not worth the value

So, when we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told that they cannot find our booking but we did show them our confirmation the 2 receptionist that was there told us that they have no room for us? as they cannot find our booking so they just push us aside to deal with it, bearing in mind we were tired from a long haul flight from Europe. Can you imagine the frustration that we felt when they did not even do anything to help us, they did not even find out who made the confirmation, they just stood there and said they do not have a room for us. so, we paid for 1 night because we do not have anywhere to go then they found our booking 2 hours later. Flew to Atlanta the following morning stayed there for 1 night (which was smooth) in Hilton ATL, Came back to this hotel (Doubletree Resort N. Miami, cannot get into our room, so we went to the reception to sort it out, next thing we knew all our staff is all gone, the suitcase that was left in the room was filled with all the stuff that we had which was dirty clothes, and shoes shoved in the suitcase all together. we had some food, snacks, some alcohol in the fridge to which is all gone, my partner's bag was missing and some clothes, along some of hair oil etc. They told us that water from reception was free, but later found out that it was not and got charged (got the receipt. Also did not return our full deposit and all and over charged us for the resort fee 7x when we were there for four days. Thanks.
