The refrigerator/freezer doors were filthy as were the countertops and the table top. No tissues in the room and toilet paper dispenser not working. The towels smelled gross, clearly they were not freshly cleaned, there was hair on the tile walls in the shower and the toilet did not always flush. I went to a nearby grocery store to buy Clorox wipes, tissues etc. I ended up putting my own bedding on top of the bed as the sheets appeared to be used. The breakfast was a joke. The coffee was empty at 8am and I had to hunt down the attendant to ask for coffee. I only went one time in the 3 night stay. It was very disappointing because I will be returning to the area several times in the next months and I will have to find another place.

The agent on the Friday shift forgot her name sorry she was great as well. The room was great size and the beds were comfortable. I will stay again the only issue was the last night of my stay tried to use the Jacuzzi but the water was brown let the agent on duty know she did check and was going to put a note for maintenance.

We had to change beds about 20 min after getting in because the person who had slept there the previous night left perfume all over sheets and pillows...they were obviously not laundered when I turned on light and pulled covers back. Bed was made perfectly over the dirty sheets when we walked into room. Room looked clean (all tile) but floors smelled like Fritos so I wore my flip flops and NEVER took them off. We stay in lots of hotels/motels at small beach towns, laid back should not equal dirty.
