- SHSusan Huckaby6 days ago3.0We booked a two week stay. We checked in after 8 pm and upon arriving, there was no desk agent behind the desk. She was visiting with a friend at one of the tables in the lobby. After about 30 seconds of me just standing there, she asked if we needed to try to check in. She came over back behind the desk and checked us in. As she handed me the key cards, the phone rang and she answered it so I never got any check-in information….which was okay because we’ve stayed in enough hotels that we figured most things out but we never figured out the housekeeping. According to the Hilton website, housekeeping is supposed to be done every other day, but that wasn’t happening. My husband saw someone from housekeeping and requested our room be serviced, but she told him we had to request service at the front desk. The rooms were spacious but definitely not cleaned to the standards we’ve come to expect from Hilton. Our shower desperately needs to have the caulking redone… it was black. 🤮 Also, when we checked in and I sat on the sofa in the room, I noticed all the animal hair… my clothes were covered! We should have requested a different room because during our entire stay, I suffered from allergies caused by the lack of cleaning up the pet hair and dander. There was also a leak under the sink in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was aware and would wipe up the water, but it was never fixed. 🤷♀️ The laundry room only had one washer in service. Now for the positive: The breakfast was good. It was well-stocked and replenished often. This location is great… just a short drive to the beach! Overall, the stay in this Hilton property was disappointing because this Hilton definitely didn’t meet the expectations that we’ve become accustomed to with Hilton.

He was so kind and shared that Hilton is fine-tuning their digital key system. While we waited for our keys, we enjoyed a delightful chat. Having stayed at this Home2Suites before, I was thrilled to find the room just as clean and comfortable as I remembered. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re seeking a lovely, pristine suite close to the beach.

Sabrina was already very kind, then went above and beyond when I left an item behind. She personally checked on the matter and even kindly walking me through the process to get it returned to me. All the staff was great, but Sabrina’s excellence is truly something to be recognized and deeply appreciated! Stellar!

- EBE'ala BoydOct 16, 20254.0Great location, all of the nice little tiki bars and seafood restaurants are within 5 minutes. It's nice to have pops and pinchers right down the road! The beach is a few minutes away. The hotel itself is updated and clean. Front desk friendly. Check in process was very easy. AC works great. Would definitely stay here again Couple of negatives I found, the windows are paper thin so you hear everything if someone beeps their car to lock/unlock it outside very early in the morning. And that was even from the top floor. I had to wear ear plugs. Which I normally don't have to. Also the breakfast was the worst I've ever seen at any hotel. But on the plus side, the coffee was good! Which is rare. Thankfully I'm not a big breakfast person, but if you are, make other plans for food.
