I actually had a subpar experience my first stay, however I reached out to Tiffany the AGM, and she was super empathetic. She allowed me to re-book at no charge for the room, and personally handled my experience. Great customer service. The front desk attendant Henry was also a standout, very friendly and professional. Another front desk agent, William, not so much. He’s actually quite snooty and unfriendly, and I noticed his uniform was always unkempt and wrinkled. However Henry, Tiffany and the rest of the hotel staff were excellent. Great place!

If you are planning a stay any time soon, don’t! Remodeling going on, on 3rd floor and we are on 1st. We are here for Horror Nights and we needed sleep but this isn’t happening. Horrible! Sounds like they are right above us with a jackhammer!!!!!

Website showed EV parking. However it is not iat the hotel. It is across the street. The problem is it is not working. Went to the Publix location, it no longer has a charging station. Very disappointed. If I know there is no EV charging station at the hotel , I wouldn't choose it. I trying to ask by using chat and two people didn't answer. Now I know why. The front desk told me across the street, but not working. About parking fees , they are honest about that but why not just included in the price. Very surprised to be honest. Most Hilton hotel don't charge parking. The room is clean. Not happy at all misleading about the charging station. Will cancel the room and just stay 1 night.
