The Hampton was dog friendly and we had two dogs. They were so welcoming. We enjoyed sitting in the evening down in the lounge with the dogs. It was extremely close to the Biltmore. 3 minutes to be exact and we were there visiting the Biltmore and the King Tut exhibit. It couldn't have been more perfect. Super clean, decent breakfast, easy peasy location.

The only reason I gave the Hampton Inn New Smyrna Beach 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the construction noises that started before 9am, and because so much of the place is torn up, with stained carpets and unfinished walls in the hallways. There are signs indicating that remodeling is being done, but it's really unfair to paying customers to be subjected to all the noise and torn up atmosphere.
Things that I liked: no carpet in the rooms, the room arrangement and space, the staff, and the level of cleanliness. They seal all mattresses and pillows, and had plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom.

Me and my wife spent the night there last weekend. I stay at a lot of Hilton properties. There for I am I diamond member . I don't expect a lot from that nor do I get a lot. 80 percent of the properties that have paid parking will waive the fee for being a diamond member, not here , but I get that at this property . There is really nowhere else to park. But what really annoys me is that in edition to the two free bottles of water at church in I asked for two more . I was charged six dollars for this. Its not the money, its what's the point of being a diamond member if you can't even get a couple of bottles of water .
