    The hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located close to everything. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location is definitely a plus. However, it’s important to note that they charge extra for many things, including parking $5 and breakfast $14.95 which were not included in the room rate. While the stay itself was comfortable, these additional fees can add up quickly. Overall, it’s a good option for comfort and location, but be prepared for extra charges.

    Was on a business trip, my company paid for the room and the young lady Brittany? Brittania? Young black chick was not very helpful. She wanted the ID to match the card but there was no way that was possible because the company paid for it. I had to call them so they could call the hotel and she immediately put them on hold, and went to eat a salad in the office. If I didn't walk to the desk to tell her that call was my company trying to get everything squared away She would've probably still had the call On hold till this day. If you don't wear a suit and tie and have a luxurious things you get over looked.

    Great hotel for price and the location was nice. However, upon arrival we had to switch rooms due to the AC unit not functioning. The second room, had no blower or window in the bathroom, and the water pressure from the sink was very low. The couch stained and torn. Also, there was no pillow protection on the pillows after the pillow cases. Towels were a little rough and we changed them frequently because of that. We also had one roll of TP in our room for our 7 day stay and it was also a little on the rough side. The location itself is calm and quiet and the hotel staff was nice and made sure they accommodated the errors. I called the room service button on the phone, but ended having to call the front desk instead to get help about room issues. When I called the staff about the pillow protectors, they came to my room and handed me a bag. The bag contained pillow cases and pillow protectors. However, I kindly asked them (hotel room service) to put the cases and protectors on the pillows for us. The pillows had some questionable stains. Also, the mattress was very uncomfortable for both my fiancé and I, as far being to firm. For a big hotel chain, their order of operations can be improved. Everything had a price except for coffee, tea and their fruit infused water from what I observed. The gym looked nice and they had a business suite, however we didn’t get a chance to use them. The pool was small for the hotel size. Again the price was ok at $108 per night for two guests. We still haven’t received our $100 dollar hold after checking out on the 2nd of December, maybe it takes a few more days. We probably wouldn’t book here again and pay more for a better hotel. But if you are in a pinch this place is not bad better than some of the local BnB’s

Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Miramar offers consistent quality, great service, and good value. I’d happily stay again.
