They keep claiming they processed the refund, but it has never actually been done. Every time I call, the staff are very rude and unprofessional, refusing to take responsibility and giving the same excuses again and again. The property still hasn’t done anything. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs — they are dishonest, disrespectful, and unreliable.

- CHCorie HoltOct 10, 20253.0We were there for a fall break beach trip & the room had everything we needed & the room appeared clean; however the bottom of our feet would get very dirty from just walking around the room barefoot. The pool & fitness room were great as well. When we stayed here last year for fall break, there was a golf cart shuttle to take us to the beach & that was not offered this year. There was a sign at the front desk saying that it stopped on October 1st. If I had known that in advance, we would’ve stayed somewhere else. It would be perfect if we only had a beach bag to take down, but we had a paddle board, boogie board, beach chairs, beach bag, & an umbrella so not having the shuttle was a big inconvenience for what we needed specifically. I hope that management will reconsider stopping this service so early in the year as it was pretty crowded with many families there on fall break this week.
