    We have family in Middleburg, and this is the only place we ever stay at. Beautiful rooms, clean baths, and outstanding breakfast are all included. Did I mention they have great service and an ideal location to restaurants and shopping?

    LESS THAN 1/2 mile from a JOB that we were taking care of. FOR those that like C O L D Bedrooms AS my roommate does. I can tell you First Hand Their A/C WILL GO DOWN TO 62 DEGREES YES.... The room, did Feel like a CRYOGENIC Sperm depository. Service impeccable !!! THEY did go out of their way to cook me Bacon, WHEN bacon was NOT Served that morning. A VERY VERY BIG T H A N K. Y O U

    When we called the hotel to get assistance with confirming a booking, Morgan at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping us out. She was super patient, super helpful and so sweet with us when we were trying to get everything sorted. A true gem that deserves everything and more - Bee and Jadeen from Super.com

    Very nice hotel. Service is great. Only down side is the rugs need cleaning. Walking on rug in new white sox and bottoms were filthy when I took them off.

    I only have a bad time here when Julie is working. At check-in, she attempted to charge my charge a second time which locked my payment card for fraud. I was struggling to access my online account since I did not have access to WiFi yet which was only problematic because when another patron arrived with connection issues and no room yet, she allowed him to use a guest WiFi, but denied me access when I asked if there was guest WiFi that I could use in order to finish checking in. I always use Hilton Honors to reserve my room and pay ahead of time to make check in easy. I have stayed here at this location upwards of 10 nights, and check in is a breeze with every other employee except for Julie. Two times with Julie, my card was locked after she processed payments. Most recently, I needed to use the printer, and when the other employee Steven remarked that it never works, Julie just laughed to herself and offered no help. Steven tried making the printer work for about 15 minutes until he finally asked Julie to allow me to print from the office computer. It just seems that if they knew the printer does not work, that they should have just offered to print from the front desk right away. Yasmine is wonderful. She always greeted me kindly during breakfast hours, and she had the biggest smile! Housekeeping was extremely frustrating (again, during Julie's shift) because they would knock and try to enter to clean the room 10-15 minutes before check out time. I don't understand why they wouldn't just wait until after check out. They were also obnoxiously loud with letting the doors slam shut behind them. On my last stay, my key card stopped working about 20 minutes before check out. Julie claimed it was the battery, but adjusting the battery on the door lock did not make the key work. Instead, Maintenance arrived with a new key that worked just fine. I can't help but assume that Julie was trying to make my stay difficult. Other hotel staff members recongnize me because I have stayed there so often, and I'm sure Julie does to which is why I believe that she may have been intentionally unkind to me. I chose this location because of the proximity to home during house repairs, but I am grateful that I will not need to rely on this location further.
