4.5 stars. Great for families.
Nice rooms, spacious.
They have oat milk at the included continental breakfast, awesome!
Appreciate the hot water & tea/coffee bar available at the front lobby 24/7.
The fitness center was a nice facility.
Negatives:
The shower was warm, never hot.
The pool was not heated, it was cold water. Only a pool, no hot tub.

4.5 stars.
Very good place to stay. Our room had a full kitchen except an oven, workstation, love seat, tv, king bed. The staff at check-in was helpful and friendly.
Nice gym, coffee in lobby 24 hrs a day, and free breakfast. Note: breakfast was very basic and not one of the best I've had. There is a pool, but we didn't see it. Hotel is close to stores, restaurants, gas stations etc.
I'd stay here again when I'm in the area (but eat breakfast elsewhere).

Had a very minor problem and front desk could not help. We had a large group with 7 rooms. I managed to locate the morning shift on Saturday morning of tournament weekend. ( i wish i could remember his name) he was so friendly, outgoing and helpful. Super impressed he just brought me over to the couch to sit down and didn't talk, just intensely listened. What a refreshing idea! He handled it with ease and we were on out way. We will definitely be returning for the 5th year in a row!

For the second time I have submitted an EDIT to correct the map location on Google Maps. It is Not IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WALMART ROUNDABOUT. Homes2Suites, if you are reading this. Help. This should be an easy ‘accept change’. I have corrected about a dozen map locations. If you get a notice/email regarding ‘Have you moved, or something similar, it is regarding your ‘location on a map’, not your physical address.
Have a great day.

I booked my room over the phone to be able to pick my room and floor . I'm a Hilton Honors member and I haven't figured out how I can pick my room on the app. I don't think you can. Anyway, when I got to the location, very nice lady at the front desk like a 20 year-old girl gave me my room. When I got to the room the key wouldn't work and I had all my stuff with me that I just brought upstairs. when I called to see if they could activate my digital key or send somebody to help I mentioned that I was hoping that I don't have to carry all my stuff back down to the bottom I have a bunch my back is killing me and I just want to get in the room and immediately I get this rude person on the phone telling me well ! I'm just gonna have to go down to the desk anyway they're not sending anybody and they can't help me with my digital key. It was really her attitude and tone as well as lack of help that triggered me to do my first review after about nine stays on their properties. I come down. I'm not happy lady that I talk to you is nowhere to be seen. I ask who she is I get another set of room keys go back to the room and it still doesn't work. Finally, I just ended up getting another room. Her name is Lee. I was told that she's a night manager and I was told she's an auditor. I'm not sure what her title is, but she gave no support to the poor girl on the front desk. She could definitely use some training. Somebody told me her name is pronounced Lee, but it's spelled lai I don't know. I'm sure they can figure out who she is. When people come in from working all day or seeing the sites, they're tired they wanna get in their room. The last thing they want is an uncooperative person or someone with a bad attitude.
