Shout out to Reginald ; he went above and beyond to help us every time we needed anything, some of the BEST customer service I've ever had at this hotel!!!! The pool and hot tub are great for the kids and all the sport courts are a nice bonus, hopefully they repave it soon.

The bed was very lumpy, not at all comfortable. One person at check in told us they have a hot buffet breakfast in the morning from 6 to 11. Non existent. There weren’t very many quests staying in the 8 story hotel. We would not return.

Charges on my bill that were not mine - girl behind desk and the server at Rustic8 pushed back on wanting to credit my bill but finally did when they couldn’t find the receipts. Not bright people. Only thing this place has going for it is the free shuttle. Hotel needs a major makeover and staff needs better training. Manager no where to be found.
