My elderly father had a fraudulent charge from this property from a stolen credit card. The hotel failed to do its due diligence — they did not require the guest to swipe or insert a card or check identification. Thankfully, my father is diligent about monitoring his accounts, but elderly guests are particularly vulnerable, and hotels have a responsibility to protect everyone’s personal and financial information. This situation could have been easily prevented with proper verification procedures. I urge the hotel to take guest identity and personal information seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

We had a great room on the 4th floor that faced the ocean. The view was gorgeous. And the room was also very clean. Unfortunately our first night we struggled to sleep because the guests next door were incredibly rude.. going in and out of their room at all hours, slamming the door, yelling and being obnoxious.. But that can happen anywhere. And I was truly surprised that hotel staff reached out to check on us the next day and make sure the issue did not occur again during our second night. Thanks Erin and Nichole! Would definitely stay here again!
