  location is amazing everything else though was awful. your air conditioner will screetch consistently even when you notify the desk they don't care. the pool.... well it's there! don't use it though. i bet the staff hasn't even walked passed it in months. there is a thick layer of film on the surface you can see on it any given time. i was determined to swim and after at least 20 min of taking out the net ad removing the leaves, dead bugs i couldn't even count how many centipedes there were, trash, and everything they dont do, i could finally swim! and dont worry the pool is for guests only, and the pot head kids in the area. the rooms are carpeted but they never clean them i walked on the carper in my room barefoot for maybe a total of 3 min and my foot was black with dirt. i thought i was crazy rinsed my feet in the shower, stepped back on the carpet and from the time it took me to walk from the bathroom to the bed boom black feet, it was probably 8 steps at most, these carpets probably never seen a steamer or any type of cleaner. the breakfast is awful thank god its free. they were out of almost every juice, the bacon was barley edible every day i stayed for a week. they give u a tv qr code for the chanel guide that doesnt work and there is no other way to access it, the internet constantly goes out and i was here for work so that was great for me! the bed sheets dont even fit the bed. half the time i would come home the "fitted" sheets would be on top of the mattress and every day i had to put them back on. never coming back to this disgrace of a hotel.

  My husband and I were looking for an affordable, comfortble place to stay while on our honeymoon. We found this Hampton and the price was right so we booked it. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Sales Director, Wayne, to see if there was anything special they could set up in the room as a surprise for my husband when we arrived. Wayne was so kind and went above and beyond! When we arrived, the front desk staff was aware of our special occasion and greeted us with congratulations. When we got into our room (which they upgraded at no charge) we found red roses, a note from the staff and a bottle of chilled wine. This was such a kind gesture. The room was clean, well stocked and AC worked wonderfully! On Day 2 of our stay the toilet in the room wasnt flushing well. We went down to inform the front desk and within minutes there was a knock at the door and I was blown away to see none other than Wayne, the Sales Director, plunger in hand, there to fix the issue! And he did quickly and we had no other issues. The complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic. There is a waffle making station, and lots of other great options that varied from day to day providing variety. Overall we found this to be a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. The location is next to so many great restaurants and shops. Its set back a bit from the main road so there is no traffic noise. The pool, while not occupied bc Its november, was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. HUGE THANKS TO WAYNE for going above and beyond for us! He made our visit exceptional.

  This Hampton Inn hasn't remodeled yet, whichnis great! The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast eating was nice. Decent restaurants are 5-10 miles away, but the front desk has a nice list.
