Had a wonderful time at this hotel. When we arrived Karrie M. Not only checked us in but offered local information about places to eat and things to do. Very friendly and a joy to visit with. Also, Akhil B. suggested some local golf courses that we might enjoy played. Both of these two people offer information in a friendly and inviting exchange that made us feel at home and valued as honored guests.

Great experience on 4 night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in mary Esther Florida. Jessica, Carrie and the night staff at the front desk were very professional, courteous and helpful. Bill in Maintenance was professional, personable and customer focused. Bill made time to help any way needed. Grear conversation. Mary in the kitchen was amazing and did a great job preparing the food and making sure you were satisfied with the food. Mary was very personable, friendly and concerned that the customers were satisfied with the food and beverages. Finally Hampton the cat did her part to make sure you made it in the door safely. Highly recommend staying at this location if your in this area. The facility was clean and the staff took pride in their work. Dan

Carrie at the front desk is the only plus, a big plus. Under the philosophy that one aw scheize wipes out ten attaboys: paper thin walls means I can hear everything with neighbors all around, but I don't want to; breakfast is from 6-10, meaning everything that's put out at 6 should b e out at 9:59, which was not true today, Sunday (and I BET every other day as well), when the meat component of the meal wasn't there from about nine on and the same for the coffee - when I mentioned it was out, the breakfast room attendant confirmed it was out, bless her heart, and that she needed to refill it and then wandered off, nonchalantly... but not to refrigerate he mil, which was room temperature I'm sure for multiple hours; the non-English speaking cleaning woman folding clothes with her massive cleaning cart in one of the two elevators, when told that she needed to allow her elevator to move or the other one wouldn't, said something that resembled English that made absolutely no sense. Managers could have fixed all these things, had they been watching or interested. Bottom line: even at a reduced third party rate, this hotel was not worth the cost.

Very smooth check in process! $25 fee for damage to rooms as a deposit but it is refunded back to you. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean as well as the pool and gym. There are ice machines and free breakfast (which was also great!) On the morning I went for breakfast there were eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereals, grits, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, OJ, apple juice, coffee etc! Next day they had omelets and oatmeal plus more. 4 stars because if someone walks hard enough you can hear them and there was also another random loud noise that I couldn’t put my finger on. Only happened for 10 mins during the day time.
