    My husband and I stayed here over five nights for our destination wedding with all of our family and friends (42 total rooms). Our experience with Daniel Nelson (in the sales dept.) was absolutely amazing. From helping us book the rooms, to countless changes/questions and room changes requested by us over the past year, to setting us up with an amazing ocean front suite on our wedding weekend, Daniel blew us away!! Highly recommend working with Daniel for any event. Our event wouldn't have been the same success without him!

    My family and I did a quick weekend getaway to the Marco Island Hilton. The hotel is right on the beach and Marco Island beach is beautiful so you cannot beat the location. The facility is currently going through some remodeling and the balconies appear outdated. However, our deluxe Oceanview room (considered floors 4 and up) had a beautiful view of the ocean (we were on the 9th floor). The service is good and the staff are friendly. The pool area was enjoyable and a bonus was that the pool was super warm and comfortable (compared to super freezing gulf water)! The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious and of good quality with a variety of options. Overall the Hilton Marco Island is a nice, relaxing experience. You cannot beat the area restaurants (Oyster Society was a hit). The Marco Island Hilton and Marco Island in general are not places to go if you are looking for value, as the area is pricey. However, I enjoyed my experience and would return. The Marco Island Hilton is great and I recommend it for a relaxing weekend getaway.

    We've been going to the Hilton Marco Island for a number of years now and Cheryl and Roberta at the bar made us feel so welcomed and are two of the best. Ana, Robert, JJ, and Lucien were also great. Always pleasant and friendly. The whole bar staff is definitely an asset to the hotel's success and one of the reasons we keep coming back. Miguel and Eddie at the bell hop desk are also pleasant and helpful with tips around the island. The cook making the omelettes on Sunday was friendly and efficient. The hotel is a great. Even with construction there was minimal interruption and when our room need to be relocated due to painting the GM and front desk accommodated us nicely with an upgrade. Can't wait till our next visit.

    We had a lovely time at the Hilton Marco Island Resort, and in all reality, I would not have come to write a review if it wasn't for what happened after we checked out. Then the experience was beyond expectations and really deserves a positive call out. I'd like to acknowledge the housekeeping team and in particular Mario Gonzalez. See, forgetful me neglected to remove our valuable items from the safe upon check out! This included important documents as well as the majority of credit cards, cash, etc. When I discovered my oversight, we were over 4 hours away by car, and I was kind of freaking out! Mario came to the rescue! They have such a trusting process to handle this error, and he made me feel completely comfortable that my items would be returned, and he explained the entire process to me and really eased my mind. We had a few follow-up emails, and he was so professional and helpful. Hilton - you have yourself a gem with Mario and his team! He knows how to take care of customers and make them feel valued and make a stressful situation better. I'm guessing that the housekeeping team doesn't get the kudos they deserve very often, but I hope that they see this recognition as they made a forgetful person's day! I hope to be back someday to thank them in the future!

    We were left with very mixed feelings about this hotel. The property is beautiful, and it’s convenient that there’s direct access to the beach. The breakfast is also quite good compared to other Hilton hotels in the U.S. What we didn’t like: I’m a Hilton Gold Member, and during check-in we were told we had a $30 credit that could be used toward any food or drinks at the hotel. Since breakfast was already included in our stay, we used the $30 for some coffee and tips for an unfriendly waitress named Oksana (who herself hinted that tips weren’t included and that we should leave some). It turned out that this benefit wasn’t actually available because we booked through Delta Stays. It’s unclear why the front desk told us otherwise. It was quite unpleasant to find this out a week later at home, when the charge appeared on my credit card.
