We were actual guests, yet the staff treated us like trespassers for no reason other than the color of our skin. We were approached and kicked out in an aggressive and disrespectful way, while other guests were left alone. It was humiliating and disappointing to be profiled like that, especially at a place that claims to be luxury and welcoming. No one deserves to be made to feel unwelcome or unsafe because of their race. If you care about respect and fair treatment, I strongly recommend staying somewhere else. Besides my point it smelled like fish, had roaches, and there were ants.Food had human hair in it, get better hair nets not them cheap ones. DO BETTER !

The service is always 10/10 — every single team member makes you feel like family the moment you arrive. I come often from New York just to recharge here, and the biggest reason I keep coming back (aside from the stunning property and exceptional service) is the food at Breeze Ocean Kitchen. I am completely obsessed with their smash burger and Caesar salad — like, truly obsessed. I have literally gotten on a plane from NY just for those two things, and I’ve been doing it for years. They’re that good. That’s why I have to say… my heart broke a little when I noticed the Caesar salad recipe recently changed. It used to be perfect — crisp, flavorful, and iconic — the kind of salad you think about weeks later. Please, please bring it back! And whatever you do, never change that smash burger. It’s an absolute masterpiece and worth the flight every time. Thank you to the entire team for continuing to make Eau such a special place — it’s truly my happy place in Florida.

The weather was unseasonably windy, but they still made accommodations for such and very helpful for suggesting alternative plans and the Nobu onsite is wonderful. The Spa is fantastic as well. The wishing well that starts off your day there is fun.

I knew going into it was going to pricy but expected a much more luxurious experience. The whole time I was getting my nails done there was loud construction noises going on which made it pretty difficult to relax or enjoy. The staff did not offer things off the bat and had to ask for things like water or a snack. On top of it all the gel I got on my nails only lasted a week! Probably the worst quality gel manicure I have ever received and especially at the price. Nothing about it was good an experience. Maybe if I was only spending $75 total. Definitely not worth the money you have to spend for the spa. I have been to way better more high end feeling spas in Florida and this one was pretty pitiful.
