Place was not well kept. Hallways and elevator were dirty. Rooms were a little dirty and the comforter had noticeable large stains. The tub faucet was about to fall off and the paint inside the room was two toned lines it was pieced together. I’m not normally one to complain, but a $360 room and hotel should be a lot nicer. Staff was great though.

Very poor representation of the Hilton brand. Waited five minutes plus for someone to emerge out of the back office to check in. VERY unfriendly (and I am Hilton Lifetime Diamond member) Room old and poorly cleaned. Linen had a bad odor, bath plug broken, windows so dirty you could scratch off the dirt. Breakfast deserves no comment…. All for $175 per night!!

The hotel was heavily under construction during my stay but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was really odd that the conference area had no bathrooms but since the hotel was small enough it was easy to get back to our rooms.

Update: I called the number, spoke with Courtney, who gave me points to comp me. Breakfast was good with sausage & eggs. Dirty dining chairs. Torn furniture. Dirty bathrooms. Broken dishwasher Asked me to come downstairs for new key to new room. New bathroom was dirty, they said it was a “stain” not dirty. Management had said that b/c I booked through Priceline there was nothing they can do, even though I am Hilton Honors member

This place would have been fine if they were charging the same rate as a mediocre hotel. The first room they put us in was terrible and the very kind front desk woman assisted us to find another room. The first room had some kind of dark stuff on the ceiling. I couldn't tell if it was bugs or something else discoloring it in patches because the ceiling was so high. Above the window was also very wet and the paint and drywall were peeling and still wet. The rest of the room was just in pretty bad disrepair. (All carpet frayed, handles falling off drawers in the kitchen. Not what I expected for the price tag plus their additional "fees" they charge. The kind woman at the front desk assured us that the room we had just needed to be renovated. The second room was still old but cleaner and with no visible defects or active water leaks. But the hallways were just dingy and gross and smelly. Again, it would have been a fine stay if it hadn't been $200 with all fees etc for one night. The general local area seems fairly updated and I tried to pick the hotel in the area with the best ratings and was pretty disappointed with the quality for the given price. The only thing that made up for it was the awesome front desk staff. Needless to say, this is my second Homewood suites stay at different locations that left a lot to be desired as far as room cleanliness and upkeep.
