Rooms are ok.
They charge $10.00 to park your car.
I don't understand why there's no security i guess they found a way to make a little extra profit without any additional benefit.

I have been staying at Hilton properties for over 20 years, and this is by far the worst one we’ve stayed at. The hotel looks beautiful when you enter the lobby. When you turn down the hall, however, you enter dankness and broken up walls. Our view was of construction dumpsters in the parking lot. The room seemed half upgraded. It was passable at best.
When I checked out, I shared this information with the desk clerk, and she seemed unbothered. Shrugged it off. She said that it’s been occurring for three years and it’s on their website. They even charge for parking when there is construction equipment spread across the parking lot. There is construction noise (even continuous beeping right outside the windows).
Only one elevator works. The pool is out of commission. The carts are broken down with varying wheel types, making them nearly impossible to push down the hall.
If you want a relaxing stay, keep looking.

Hotel is under construction (as of the mid December 2025), pool is closed and they charge for daily parking (despite many parking spots are closed due to renovations). This hotel is extremely old and not well kept, Please see the images I have attached. There is a foul smell in the hallways, elevator and inside the room. The AC inside the room makes huge noise, which kept us awake during the night. The carpet, furniture and all other areas are very old and NOT maintained properly throughout these years. The I think Hilton should inspect this hotel, I am not sure if this represents Hilton in a good light. Please stay away. They are just paining the exteriors and the front desk area, when asked they said they have no plans on renovating the rooms. The Housekeeping staff are the worst, literally the worst attitude. They didn't clean rooms properly. When I complained at the front desk they resolved this issue with another housekeeping staff the next day (good of them). Wifi was off for 2 days of my stay. I am really not sure why people are giving high ratings for this.
The reason for the two stars (not one star or zero) is the front desk staff. They are very nice people. Shout out to Coretta, who checked us in and addressed our housekeeping issue in a timely manner. and Gym is pretty decent and recently renovated.

Horrible place! We have always stayed in HILTON hotels. This may change after our stay at this place. A fire alarm went off and no staff even check on any guests. The fire fighters said it was the 4th time in a week that they had to respond to this property. We a ground floor suite and the property and carbon dioxide blowing in through our A/C. That is why the alarm went off.

I stay at Homewood Suites almost exclusively for business travel and completely enjoy the perks of Hilton Honors Diamond member. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and it had nothing to do with the ongoing construction.
Check-in was an ordeal from the start. Despite being on a corporate account with a card on file, the front desk employee stated she could not complete my check-in because I didn’t have the physical card since it’s a corp acct why would I have the physical card? she stated “she needs her job” and strictly follows the General Manager processes since the GM is a strict Hilton policy follower. I was told multiple times that the GM “runs a tight ship” and that staff “only follows Hilton policy.” As a result, I was forced to check in via the Hilton Honors app—even as a Diamond member—and was then issued only one room key, with no flexibility or solution offered.
The same rigid approach continued throughout the stay. When I went to the desk to request a late checkout, I was told standard checkout was 1:00 PM. I asked for 3:00 PM and was told the latest available was 2:00 PM. When I asked whether Diamond status allowed for any flexibility, the response was simply that “the ladies have to get in there and clean the room.”
Beyond policy issues, the property itself raised serious concerns. The west-side elevator was loud, banged heavily, and appeared mechanically unsound. The rear door frequently failed to lock, which felt unsafe—especially with multiple open access points around the building.
Breakfast options were extremely limited compared to other Homewood Suites locations. Basic room supplies like paper towels were not available at all, and I had to purchase my own paper towels and dish detergent.
To top it off, the bathroom fixtures malfunctioned and flooded the bathroom. Maintenance took nearly an hour to respond and ultimately had to replace the faucet.
Overall, this property feels rigidly managed, overly focused on policy and cost control, and disconnected from guest experience, safety, and brand standards. I will not stay here again and will be advising my coworkers to avoid this location.
