Several places to watch sports. Front desk bent over backwards to help guests. Even the housekeeping staff were engaging and friendly. Sianna at the front desk was the best. There was a slight delay at check in and she had it resolved before we had a chance to make plans. I work in the front at a resort on the east side of the state. She is someone you want representing your brand. Thanks for the great stay. Look forward to returning.

For a property located off State Route 54 in Pasco County—not in a major metropolitan area like Tampa, St. Petersburg, or Ybor City—this charge feels excessive and unnecessary. It comes across as an added surcharge rather than a genuine necessity. It's just another way for the hotel extract money from their guests. Otherwise, the stay was decent, and I would consider returning if the parking fee policy were reconsidered.
