    Thank you to the early morning reception lady (i think she was from PR) who was amazing! The breakfast lady also went above and beyond. Unfortunately the young man with facial hair in the afternoon at the front desk could learn a lesson in guest communication. I returned my keycards to check out and said thank you for everything he didnt even look up at me or thanked me. Please teach him some manners and dont allow him to ruin the experience of all the other staff members who went above and beyond.

    The rooms were large and I loved the remote controlled blinds. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the breakfast buffet. It was the same thing I get at a Hampton Inn for free, so why would I pay for it here. I spend 300 nights a year in Hilton Hotels and can never figure out why the Hilton Gardens charge for a sub par breakfast buffet.

    Really great hotel. Clean rooms. Strong coffee. Central location. We have stayed here a few times for baseball ⚾️ tournaments

    I have been coming here while getting some renovations done on my house, which is about 10 minutes away. The location is great, as it's quickly reachable from I-4. It's super close to shopping, dining (you can walk to Cava!!), and Downtown Lake Mary, which is super charming especially if you catch the Saturday morning farmer's market. There's a nice walking trail that traces the road by the hotel where you can walk your dog if you like to travel with your pup. The hotel is dog-friendly (for a fee) and has plenty of parking (unless you happen to be there during Little League season or some other event). The rooms have been refreshed earlier this year, so they are in good condition. But the STAFF!! That's what gets 5 stars for me ALL DAY!! Every single person who has greeted me at check in has been super nice and welcoming. I especially enjoyed talking to Mark, super nice gentlemen at front desk. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE has been super nice and professional. Thank you and I will come back to say hello even after I've moved into my house!! :)

    Very homely, clean and spacious hotel. Loved my stay. I loved that they welcomed me. πŸ˜† Lot's of Amenities, and parking.I loved their choice of Bodywash and lotion, very therapeutic πŸ‘ŒπŸΎπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜ Breakfast is Not free though πŸ˜• bummer πŸ˜•
