    Stayed two nights. First night we took a shower and the temperature of the hot water is not enough hot for us. It was more feels like luke warm. Next morning I went to front desk and told them about it. So she (i don’t know her name there was no name tag) said once their maintenance in she will send to my room to take a look while we’re out. When we got back to our room and I walked in to the bathroom I knew right away that someone was in our room so checked the shower right away to see if the water will be hotter than before and yes it was. They adjusted the temperature which was awesome. It was our first time had trouble something like that. Than I saw one of the housekeeping in our hallway I took advantage to asked her if it’s possible she can get us more pillows because the pillows that we have in our room is not really good pillows. It’s too flat. So this young beautiful kind lady (Keishla) she went somewhere (probably to one of their closet room) to look another pillow for me but she came back and said she didn’t find any there but she suggested for me to call front desk and request them so they can bring it to our room. I love her sincere customer service!! When I looked our phone at the desk, that phone seems like the phone on the year of my age (40ish). There was no number or words in anywhere. I don’t have a clue what’s button to press. So to make it easier for me I rather going downstairs to the lobby myself and request it in person. Long story short th front desk told me they will send someone up to my room in few minutes and they did. Another thing that I found out that their little fridge didn’t work properly, it didn’t hold cold temperatures like it should be and when I looked inside their fridge I saw like it’s moldy and not seems clean. I was planning to put our foods that we bought in fridge but since the weather outside in the night colder than the fridge temperature I told my husband we can leave it in our car instead. I’ve been asking few thing while we’re staying here I didn’t want to make it like I’m a trouble maker lady. Plus I didn’t really desperately needed to use it at the time. Luckily enough it wasn’t on hot days. It just how come a hotel room can have shady fridge. Is the supervisor or housekeeper didn’t check, look the fridge if it’s clean or not and if it’s cold or not. I just didn’t get that part. The breakfast in here is typically hotel complimentary breakfast. I didn’t expect much or not surprisingly. We’re traveler so we get used to it. Most of the times I can’t eat hotel breakfast so I prepared myself to bring or bought other things for me to eat in the morning, I’m more picky eater compare my husband.

    💥Warning: Seems like they are now Nickeling and Diming: For various things 💥PARKING CHARGE even on their own premises 💥EARLY CHECK-IN FEES.. Even if If they get you a room a little early it’s a charge. Apparently Even if you’re a Hilton Honors Diamond Member it makes no difference It’s getting bad.

    UPDATE: Breakfast NOT to normal Hilton / Hampton standards. NO bacon or sausage patties, just watery eggs and potatoes NO yogurt NO bananas (but we’re apples) NO hot chocolate just coffee There were cereals, waffle makers. & juice So check-in at 4pm, lady on front desk very sullen and dull. Be cheery when you greet guests not down and depressing Room clean and comfy, breakfast at 6am tomorrow it should be the normal Hilton / Hampton standard, will post update if not

    The hampton inn responses to reviews is insincere at best. Most reviewers complain about the cleanliness and management responds with placations this is not what they intend. Ater reading the reviews and staying in this filth hole, It's obvious they don't care. This place is NASTY! My first indication this is a substandard hotel was someone elses sweater left in my room closet. Maybe they changed the sheets? I did look and i didn't find spore. However my eyes ate weak and i was tired. I'm usually oblivious to scum but I ventured into the weight room. There was a film of trash around the entire room. It's like the room has been abandoned. I guess the folks who have to stay here on a repeat basis are not the type to work out. I started looking at the floors and realized they are simply not cleaned regularly. The hotel is also physically determined there are chips in the floor. I will say the staff was pleasant though they acted shocked when i mentioned how filthy the place seemed to me.

    If you expect a hotel that is clean this is NOT the place for you. It is in a nice location and the pool is nice (no hot tub). The place is just overall dirty and in need of repair minor repairs. Not the worst I've stayed at but far from the best.
