- JCJoel CNov 8, 20253.0Please repair the tv's in room 1220 for the next guest, we called every day, we finally had a really nice person come to our room and figured out we needed to have a cable replaced, we called the next morning to let the team know we were heading to the park for the day, came back and the tv still didn't work.. when I called we were told the cable was never replaced. Also the safe didn't work but that finally was fixed.

- TTTrevorSep 26, 20253.0Good stay, the resort is still under heavy construction, and dining is a bit overpriced. Transit from the resort is a huge pain for anything aside MK. Epcot is doable with the monorail. For DHS and AK you must take a bus, and the bus stops at the Polynesian as well, resulting in absolutely full buses, and delays. For being a deluxe high end resort, this was rather disappointing.
