Hotel commensurate with price. Staff was good. Bell services , front desk, and housekeeping all responsive, effective and polite. Orlando is full of hotels and frankly unless you are staying at a Disney resort or a 5 star (JW, Loews, Waldorf, Ritz) property they are basically all the same. See my summarized good and bad points of this spot . Good: * location, walking or short ride (3 minutes) to Disney Springs *Rooms are clean....no sketch black mold, mustyness, weird stains on sheets, etc *staff pretty good. Not Ritz quality but eager to help, responsive and capabale...not dream makers but solid * property has a gift shop, restaurant, bar, pool , Disney flair and basic features * prices are cheap if doing a quick Disney trip Bad: * hotel dated. Rusty water pouring from outside fountain and weather-stained exterior speak for themselves. Shock -factor of ugliness when pulling in....again -you get what you pay for * Rooms small. Stayed with family of 4 and made it 3 nights. Could not have endured more than that * Shuttle to Disney parks absolutely sucks. It stops at other hilton properties and requires reservations to get on and picked up. Old smelly legionaires filled-busses Better off doing UBers or shuttles to Disney properties to use their transportation. * Bell service sloppy, not a resort experience. I.e. you pull up and have to beg/find someone to unload your car . Don't expect a "grand" entry. *rooms old , stale carpeting, loud bathroom fans * no Netflix or digital movie experience. Hotel has dated DVD rentals still with about 2-4 kids movies for a Disney hotel!

An Ai Bot, Kenny was set to reply to my experiences at this location. Electronic apology not accepted ... The damage has been delivered. The hotel and staff are mediocre at best. The "Ol' School" button-dial phone was an indication of what the place was all about. The room and its amenities were much less than expected, and here's why: 1st - At check-in, the "welcome package" of a bag of two bottles of water was offered to other guests, but not to us. We weren't the "right" hue. 2nd - The panels behind the counter wall were chipping off noticeably, and travelers with extra heavy or numerous bags were left to haul their luggage to their rooms without human help or even a cart/dolly for assistance. 3rd - There wasn't a suitcase rack in the room. Our luggage simply laid on the unclean (pet hair & noticeable dust) floor. 4th - We called down to let someone know the USB charging receptacles weren't working. The front desk assured us someone was coming to "take a look." It never happened. 5th - The bath towels were as rough as desert dry shrubs. Terrible! Much of our displeasure was expressed to staff. Response? None from a REAL person. At this point, there isn't a second chance to make a good first impression. There aren't enough "sorrys" to change things. Going forward, we will tread with trepidation!

I am genuinely impressed with the service at this Hilton. My flight was delayed and then subsequently cancelled which resulted in me not being able to make my hotel reservation. I had booked through expedia and it was supposed to be non-refundable, but when I called in to notify them directly that I would not be able to make it at all, Deacon at the front desk went above and beyond, and told me to my surprise he would be willing to waive and refund my booking entirely. He even gave me the name of the next manager on shift in case he was off by the time expedia called them to ask for approvals. I will definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I visit. And thank you again Deacon - I will never forget this positive experience.

Hotel: The hotel is very clean and big. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little outdated and could be updated. The hotel is located close to Disney springs and it is a 15 minute walk. It has a cute market for breakfast and the food and drinks were very good. Disney World: If you are planning a trip to go to Disney world then I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel and I WOULD stay at a hotel owned by Disney (like Pops, Music, or Movies). The Hilton hotel is located on the Disney property but is not a Disney hotel. The reason I wouldn’t stay here is because of their bus service. The Hilton hires an outside company for their bus service to take guests to the parks. The buses are free to ride but you have to reserve a bus ticket through the companies bus website, the bus only comes once every hour, and you have to pick your time slot and sometimes it sells out. The buses also stop at other hotels so it is not a straight shot to Disney. You end up wasting time by waiting for the bus, stopping at other hotels, and when you go to Magic Kingdom they drop you off in the car parking lot. When you stay at a Disney world hotel, their buses pick you up every 20 minutes, they go directly to the parks right at the front entrance, and you can stay at the park until closing without having to worry about getting a bus back to your hotel. We ended up having to pay for Ubers back and forth from the parks because the buses were not available and they only will pick you up one hour after the park closes. We chose to stay the Hilton because it was cheaper then staying at a Disney hotel, but going forward I will not make this mistake again. You pay for the convenience by staying at a Disney hotel and in my opinion it is 100% worth it. When you spend a lot of money coming to Disney, the last thing you want is to waste time on transportation. Overall, I gave this hotel a 3 because it is a nice hotel but If I were to rate it for their Disney experience I would give it a 1. Just know what you are getting yourself into before you stay here.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Three stars — and I’m being generous because it’s the holidays.) I’ll start with areas that need improvement, especially given the expectations for Gold members. The photo of the phone and view is a good indicator of how outdated some Hilton services feel. Guests are given vouchers for water—please stop dehydrating your guests and provide complimentary water bottles, like most other Hilton properties. The concierge response time was extremely slow. I also forgot my toothbrush and wanted to order room service, but I was told I couldn’t do this by phone and had to go downstairs, which was inconvenient. Valet parking is overpriced. I walked to a nearby hotel and paid 50% less. The continental breakfast at Covington Restaurant was not worth the price. Now for the positives: ✔️ Excellent location—especially for older adults. The group I was with loved being able to walk to Disney Springs. ✔️ The hot tub is amazing and nice touch with champagne ✔️ Carolina from Guest experience Services and the Market Shop is phenomenal—the blue panda ice cream was yummy. ✔️Jean at front desk, the staff are wonderful, they, the people are 5 star! I’ve stayed at many Hilton locations, which is why this experience stood out in contrast. As someone who works in customer experience and digital health, I’d actually welcome the opportunity to support Hilton as a contractor to help modernize and improve the guest experience. Feel free to reach out if you’d like additional feedback or guidance.
