    Our check-in experience with Jean was flawless and set a fantastic first impression. Jean was not only efficient but also took the time to personally ensure we had everything we needed. They provided excellent recommendations for local bars and even helped us arrange transportation. What stood out the most was their remarkable patience and attentiveness when we had questions later on. Jean’s dedication to guest satisfaction is outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and easy!

    I stayed here in November of 2024 for my daughter’s birthday. She suffers from a rare medical condition causing her to be more susceptible to infection. While in Orlando, she became very sick and we needed medical attention. To try and salvage the time we had left, we paid for an extra night to extend the trip hoping our child would be well enough to enjoy it. It became evident we wouldn’t be able to make it work and checked out of the hotel early, cancelled our flights, and rented a car to drive back to Massachusetts. While checking out, an employee in the lobby stopped us in the lobby and asked about our stay. We explained to her that our daughter was sick and that we were leaving to start our 2 day drive home. She seemed very sympathetic to our situation and told us about an offer for guests at a great price where we could come back within the next year- only catch is that we would be required to prepay to lock in this price. We had a year to use it and could get a refund if we didn’t end up utilizing it. It felt like a silver lining in a unfortunate situation and we prepaid right there in the lobby. Of course we get on the road and I opened the email confirmation sent to us and behold- she signed us up for a time share presentation. I was fuming mad because it was pitched to us much differently. I should have asked specifically if it was timeshare because I’d never agree to sit through a presentation I have no intention of buying. For the last year I’ve received dozens of calls from Hilton to book our timeshare trip and for the second time speaking to a rep I’ve lost my patience with the situation. These predatory practices to solicit presentations is sickening, especially after explaining the situation with our chronically sick child. It was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but the practices to solicit timeshare has turned me off from ever wanting to stay at a Hilton again. It’s not even the hundreds of dollars lost to the hotel that make me as mad as the person who took advantage of a family going through a difficult time. I truly suggest better transparency and training for your sales staff.

    I stayed at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area from Nov 6th -Nov 11th. When we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told the server was down and were unable to check us in at that time. They told us there was a 15 to 20 min wait. As we approached the front desk we were service by Jenna who apologized greatly for the delay. In addition she accommodated by giving us a Disney spring view. This was a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Vacation much needed!

    Even as a Diamond Member, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional care and quality of my check-in with Jean in November 2025. Jean took the time to answer my questions and he was able to accommodate my needs so quickly and effectively, I was impressed. Not only did Jean represent everything I come back to Hilton for, he is a valuable asset. I look forward to seeing him again at my next reservation because I know I will be in great hands........ AS for the rest of the hotel: it's not exactly "modern" in its exterior (it's vintage 1970s) but the rooms are clean and modernized enough.The skywalk to Disney Springs is a wonderful bonus. The hotel is HUGE, and you may feel lost, as I did a few times, but the staff, when not dealing with drunken conventioneers, provide guidance.

    Exceptional Service and Warm Welcome We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long journey in Magic Kingdom Park, and were immediately greeted by Jean with an incredibly warm and professional welcome. Despite the late hour, they assisted us with genuine kindness, answered all our questions with patience, and made sure our check-in process went smoothly. We were especially impressed by their ability to communicate fluently in two languages, which made everything even easier and more comfortable for us. Their dedication and attention to detail truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you, Jean, for going above and beyond to make us feel at home from the very first moment!
