What a nightmare guest experience. My boyfriend and I arrived at night after a long day at the parks to discover no air conditioning. In Florida. After engineering came up and “fixed” the issue, we went to pull the comforter down and noticed there was no sheet to cover the mattress cover. We are just staring at a gross mattress cover. Because we already bothered them earlier, we called and said, “Are we missing something here? Do you all not have a fitted sheet?” They apologized and said they were sending someone up to take care of it. Someone finally shows up at our door and HANDS US the sheet and tells my boyfriend to make the bed ourselves. At this point, we just want to sleep so we take what we can get. We go to put the new sheet on and see this stain. Is it blood? Coffee? Urine? Who knows. But it’s stained all over. I call them to tell them and they send the head of housekeeping up. You’d think he would take a new sheet up to us and make the bed. No. He grabs the sheet and says someone else will be up to make the bed. And of course NO ONE SHOWS UP!
We decide to just sleep because clearly no one at this hotel cares about the guests. We were on the 26th floor- and all night every night, you’ll hear what sounds like bowling balls. It’s the elevators. They are loud and go through the walls. And this is how they treat Diamond members who spend a lot of money at Hilton… I wouldn’t recommend booking here ever!

**Overall:**
Disappointing stay – would rate ~1/5 for cleanliness and maintenance.
**Check-in / Room Condition:**
• Room not properly cleaned on arrival.
• Bed had visible red stains on the sheets.
• Pillowcase had strong body-odor smell.
• Housekeeping initially just handed me clean sheets to change the bed myself.
• Front desk later had the bed remade and gave a $50 room credit.
**Cleanliness / Maintenance:**
• Ceiling fan covered in heavy dust.
• When turned on, we were showered with dust from the fan.
• Overall room condition felt neglected, not what you’d expect from a Hilton.
**Noise Issues:**
• Very poor sound insulation.
• Neighboring room door slams so hard the walls shake whenever it opens/closes.
• Difficult to rest or sleep because of constant door noise.
**Food & Beverage / Marketplace:**
• First-floor marketplace extremely slow service.
• Guests (including us) waited 20+ minutes just for drinks.
• My iced vanilla latte was served without vanilla.
**Bottom Line:**
• Staff tried to make amends with a room credit, but
•Cleanliness, maintenance, and noise level felt far below Hilton standards and not worth the price.

Here’s the good first - service was excellent. Issues were resolved quickly. Restaurant was good too.
Here’ s the negative - thus hotel needs a refresh. The bathroom had moldy areas by the shower, There was garbage on the balcony in the spot between the tiles and the glass enclosure. Never cleaned.
It is very tacky and intrusive having guys approaching us at the pool offering “free” points as long as you agree to book a future stay at a Hilton property in Orlando for a discounted rate. Be aware of the fine print. We have no intention of ever staying off site at WDW again. For us, this was just a stop on our way north, Self parking has no designated walkway. It’s really just “find your own way.” I was also surprised there were not any lifeguards at the pool offering, since there are always lots of children. This is , after all, a Disney Resort area hotel.
Actually, we’re quite disappointed in this Hilton property. You should take a page out of Disney’s playbook - don’t ever approach guests at your property with these bogus offers since they’re only meant to lead to you agreeing to buy a timeshare with Hilton. Disney never does that.

I wanted to enjoy my stay, but a few things made it tough. Check-in was frustrating — the Diamond line didn’t seem to matter, and the front desk staff lacked the professionalism I expect from Hilton. My first room smelled like mothballs; the second (in another building, quite a walk away) had dirt in the furniture.
Manager Sabrina was great — she resolved the issues, swapped rooms, and even comped parking plus part of my stay. Her professionalism really stood out.
Unfortunately, between the state of both rooms, being woken up at 8 a.m. by lawn care outside the window, and the long walk from the parking lot that feels farther than walking to Disney Springs 😂, this hotel missed the mark. It seems more geared toward convention guests than regular travelers. For the price, look elsewhere — the Swan and Dolphin offer comparable rates and likely higher standards.

3-star hotel at best. Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Great location, very close to Disney Springs. This 50-year-old hotel needs an update. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, but the place is full of old worn-out furnishings. Old blue faded and sagging metal chaise lounges by the pool. Old malfunctioning safety gates. Old style and missing ice machines. Cracked plaster everywhere. White painted hallways and rooms made it look and feel like an old hospital. Gated $35 a day to park, then a long walk uphill to the hotel lobby. I chose to pay $45 a day for the valet plus a $5 tip. Valets were hit or miss, if you gave them a tip up front they would become quite helpful and friendly, but otherwise, they were distant and ignored you. I didn't eat at the on-site restaurant as it was pretty pricey, $30 and up. No microwaves, only small refrigerators and little ice buckets, and cheap little coffee makers, that didn't make the water hot enough, with only a couple of teabags and no sweetener, and a couple of cheap paper coffee cups. We brought in our own food and water from Publix. Staff were friendly and helpful, bell service was available, but you had to use them if you wanted to use a luggage cart. Communication through the hotel phone was hit or miss, sometimes someone would answer, or it would ring continuously until you got tired of waiting and hung up. No grab bars in the showers unless you're in an accessible room. We moved to an accessible room for this reason, as we are seniors and need grab bars to feel safe in the shower. Be ready for lots of walking because the grounds are massive. The pool water was very cold. Some pluses and lots of minuses. We travel to Orlando often. I will look elsewhere for lodgings when we return.
