I stayed here on my wedding night and was incredibly disappointed with the experience, we stayed here wanting a nice experience for our son as it was a very special occasion, and it was our first time staying at a Disney resort as we usually stay off property since it's more affordable. The pillows in our room smelled strongly of body odor and dirty hair, and we later discovered pubic hair in the sink. Nearly all of the towels were dirty as well, with visible hair and grime. Because we arrived around midnight with our son—who didn’t fall asleep until around 2 a.m.—we couldn’t risk waking him by requesting a room change, so we ended up sleeping without pillows.
The next morning, after returning from breakfast, we found the rest of the issues, which was the pubic hair in the sink and the dirty towels. At checkout time, housekeeping rushed us out of the room, questioning why we were “still there” and telling us to hurry up, which felt incredibly disrespectful.
When I reported everything to the front desk, the supervisor appeared annoyed, and her expressions made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. She told me nothing could be done and that the housekeeping supervisor would have to handle it. I missed the initial call from housekeeping, called back immediately, and left a voicemail—but never received a response. I then emailed Guest Services which i had to search for the email address, only to be offered a $50 gift card, which felt like a slap in the face, especially as someone who works in the hospitality industry.
For a Disney resort, I truly expected better cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying here again, and I hope management takes these issues seriously for future guests. - Amanda & Michael Hutchison
What a cute resort! Lots of larger than life icons, be sure to visit the 'football field' area, super cute with the X's and O's for players. Other sports are represented as well.
The rooms are your standard hotel room, a couple of beds and a bathroom. Nothing super special, but clean and Disney themed.
The stairs are fun too with icons wrapped around them, not just hiding them, but adding some whimsy to them.
My opinion, the value resorts are a bit pricey for what they have to offer. I would splurge on a moderate or if the budget is tight, look nearby for hotels with more amenities.

This was our first (attempted) experience at a value resort, and the All Star Music Resort specifically.
We booked a 5-night stay spontaneously due to some great promotions and thought we'd give it a shot. This is now my 5th trip to Disney. I've stayed off site, at the Beach Club resort, and twice at Port Orleans Riverside.
We caught the first flight into Orlando from Toronto for the day. We checked in at our resort and left our bags at bell services to be delivered to our room once it was ready and headed out.
Our day at Animal Kingdom was great, and around noon, we got notification that our room was ready.
Around 5:30, we got back to the resort and started checking things out. A few things we noticed on property were the configuration of the site with the pools. It was incredibly noisy and lots of echo.
We got to our room, in the Rock section. Immediately after opening the door, there was an overwhelming mold/moldew-y odour. It was insanely over powering and nauseating.
Maybe we've simply spoiled ourselves on previous trips, but we had hoped for a clean, comfortable, and quiet stay. Needless to say, we weren't terribly impressed.
Luckily, with the help of the amazing cast members at the front desk, we were able to get our reservation moved to another resort (Port Orleans Riverside) and we enjoyed the remainder of our trip.
Overall, I'd give this resort a 1, but the staff were helpful, so I'll settle on a 2. I would not recommend this resort to others. That said, I recognize that my view might be altered based on my previous visits - but I would strongly recommend others to stretch and save the few extra dollars and go for one of the lower priced moderate resorts... And take advantage of any discounts or promotions you can.

The Disneys all star sports resort is my really favorite Disney resort hotel to stay. I really like it because its really well themed and I like all the goofy and Mickey mouse and daisy pictures in the food court because it's all sporty themed
Also my favorite building to stay in is baseball section and swimming in the baseball pool it's a really well themed and and I ran down the football field I said touch down that was a lot of fun.
I am really enjoying it.
I am feeling sad because my vacation is almost over and I have to go home soon.
But I would like to come back next year and stay with you guys again hopefully.
It's a really fun hotel and I enjoyed it so much.
