- CCChristopher Couch5 days ago1.0Lifetime Diamond Hilton Member here. I stayed there in Jan ‘26 in room 331 and there are bed bugs. I have 4 bite wounds to prove it. I tore apart the bed and found the actual bugs under the box spring on the carpet in the enclose bed frame. Everything else about the hotel was normal as you would expect, but bed bugs is unacceptable. Especially considering so few options in the villages.

The only complaint that I have is that there were little ants in our room. Any time we set a cup of tea or coffee down, the ants would be all over it. Same with food. They were on one of the nightstands, in the bathroom, and on the floor. It made it difficult to feed my daughter, as we couldn’t set down any type of food/drink without ants appearing.

Unfortunately the staff is completely unaware of the false doctrine being taught by false teachers in the jasmine room at 10am on Sundays. I questioned them on their theology and doctrine of redemption and they fail the test miserably. “ you know…we just talk about Jesus stuff….some of this some of that” corporate is to blame not staff! They are bringing dishonor to our Lord Jesus Christ. Not a good look Hampton Inn.
