Breakfast not included, WiFi not included, rooms that feel like they’re gonna fall apart. You’re better off going to a Motel 6 with how much they charge here and what you get.

Very disappointing experience at Hilton Garden Inn Homestead.
The service during breakfast is terrible. It takes an extremely long time for the staff to attend to you, they often bring the wrong items, and many times what is listed on the menu is simply not available. Drinks are brought after you have already finished eating, which makes no sense at all. Overall, the service is very, very poor.
In addition, during breakfast they constantly run out of basic items like milk or coffee, and they do not restock them in a timely manner. You have to keep calling the waitress to refill everything — milk, coffee, sugar, everything — because they are simply not paying attention to these details. One morning they just ran out of bacon, orange juice and cups.
On top of that, when we first arrived at the hotel, the towels in the room were stained, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. The first day we arrived, there was also a very unpleasant hair inside the toilet, even though the room was supposedly being handed over to us at that moment. Horrible.
The hair dryer in the room was not working properly; it was damaged, and we had to request a replacement. The air conditioning unit inside the room makes a horrible, very loud noise that makes it impossible to sleep.
To make matters worse, one night while we were brushing our teeth, we saw small cockroaches crawling around the bathroom sink. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable.
Today, we also ran out of the liquid body soap in the shower. Housekeeping did not replace the container with a new one. When we returned to the hotel at night to take a shower and realized there was no soap, I went down to the front desk to ask for extra soap bars. The receptionist told me they did not even have a simple bar of soap to provide. This is completely disappointing.
I would definitely never choose the Hilton Garden Inn in Homestead, Florida, as a travel option again, and I do not recommend it to absolutely anyone. For the prices charged per night at this hotel, you can find something a thousand times better.

The room was clean and of a reasonable size, suitable for a family stay. The hotel’s location is also a strong advantage if you’re heading to Key West, it’s conveniently close. Free parking with plenty of available spaces is another plus, and there are several good restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly affected by poor service. Upon arrival, we had to wait for someone to appear at the reception in order to check in. No basic information was provided neither about breakfast nor about Wi-Fi.
There were also clear oversights in the room setup: we stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children), yet only three towels were provided.
The biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. A large portion of the items listed on the menu were unavailable. While I understand that expectations may differ for European guests, it was still surprising that we could not order a three-egg omelet simply because the kitchen “did not have enough eggs”. This felt unreasonable and poorly managed. Additionally, the staff’s English was very limited, which made communication difficult.
Overall, I would strongly recommend not booking this hotel with breakfast included, if you have that option. You’ll likely pay extra for very little value and end up eating elsewhere anyway especially if carb-heavy breakfasts are not what you’re looking for.

You have to fire imediatly architect who decided to put barn doors to the bathroom with almost 2 inch gaps. Breakfast was limited because they ran out of eggs :( poor management in my opinion.
Where do I start with this incompetent and ignorant lot. I called them in late October. I called them in early November. My father called them a week before check in. EVERY SINGLE TIME they reiterated yes please make a reservation we are definitely serving Thanksgiving dinner. We check in on the day before Thanksgiving, and they with no apologies or care say, oh well decided to do nothing. My father complained, they ignored him. He asked for coffee, they charged him this Hilton brand charged for everything so its not atypical. But they handed him cold coffee, he asked if they could warm it up, they're response was do it yourself. Front desk always empty, I asked for packets of Butter, NO, Spoon, NO, help with the printer, that's their idea of a business room, you have to do it yourself. The staff has no answer for any question, and anything else is NO. By the way the after a whole day of people rightfully asking if they were serving dinner, NO, the sneaky ones late at night put up the No Dinner sign, TOO LATE at nearly 8pm! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. 200 dollars in Thanksgiving dinner, and door dash due to this death trap of a hotel. I have added pictures of the consistently barren front desk with the front desk representative no where to be found. Oh and lastly they put us in a room right next to one with a quarantine.
The owner is lying, we did call repeatedly, and they assured us that they would do something.
