    Extremely overpriced for what you get. And has to pay for breakfast on top of it? I'm a Honors member but was treated like a bum. Wallpaper in the hall was peeling...... you can get a tube of glue at the corner store! It was so dark it was almost impossible to see the correct exit of the round about and was not that easy to find.

    Our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites Homestead Miami South was comfortable. The location was perfect for us, near the freeway and on our route to Key Largo. The room was clean and comfortable with great beds. All of the staff we encountered were friendly.

    Before I go any further in detail, I want to give a big thanks and appreciations to the front desk personnel. Particularly Vee and the young lady who worked during the day time when I stayed. These two will be one of the primary reasons why I will definitely stay there again. Their consideration and help really spoke volumes. Also, the rooms were clean and the location was very convenient with multiple shops and stores within walking distance.

    Alivia was the EPITOME of customer service. From before I even checked in. I asked a question and she answered immediately in the chat. Check in was seamless. I was greeted with a warm smile. In this day and age customer service is rare and people always complain. I would to like to recognize FANTASTIC service for a change! Keep up the great attitude Alivia! You are a true asset to the Hilton Brand!
