These include the Pensacola Jazz Festival, the Pensacola Seafood Festival and the annual Fiesta of Five Flags. A wide variety of activities for the family are available within minutes of the property. These include deep sea fishing, parasailing, golf on many award winning local courses, and visiting the National Naval Aviation Museum located at Naval Air Station Pensacola. The hotel offers standard rooms featuring either one king size bed or two queen size beds. We also have rooms with one king bed and a sleeper sofa, as well as King Studio suites. All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature microwaves and refrigerators, and free high-speed wireless internet access.     This property has recently been updated and prpobably still has some upgrades that need to be done. Nonetheless, the property is will maintained, kept clean, and has an AWESOME staff. The four days we stayed on our recent trip provided us with a much need place to rest and relax in the midst of sorting through a challenging situation. Everyone of the staff we encountered were terrific. However, I have to give specific kudos to Yianni at the front desk, Sylvia (?) who coordinated breakfast on the weekdays, and Crystal in housekeeping. Each one provided specifc direction or resolution with a request when asked. They were polite, thorough, and followed through on what they said they would do. While the respective needs were nominal, their individual willingness to help made our burdens that much easier to handle. This location is magnificently managed, and it reflects in their service and standards. We will use them again when in the greater Pensacola area.

    I checked in last Friday and left on Tuesday. I wish I booked another hotel. This hotel was terrible. The walls are paper thin so we could hear highway noise and people walking and laughing in the hallways. Our room was filthy; dirty carpets with sand, mold in the shower, low water pressure toilets, and had to beg the cleaning staff to clean our room and take out the trash. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No fresh fruit, made to order eggs, bacon, real sausage, non-dairy milk (in fact, no milk at all). Everything was frozen and thawed from bags including fake scrambled eggs and turkey patties, omlettes were cheese filled pre-made and frozen. Smokers greeted us around the clock smoking next to the entrance and the one bench for sitting outside. The hotel is outdated and does not have enough parking. It is definitely not worth booking here.

    Well it was enjoyable until I tripped on some pavers and fell and injured my left shoulder the pavers were not even some of them were lifted up

    I'm a Hilton Honors member, don't normally stay at Hampton, but I've got to say that this property is much better than a lot of Hiltons I've stayed at. An exceptional value! It's in exceptionally good condition and the staff were great. I would definitely recommend staying here. Short drive both to the beach and downtown. Plus, there's the awesome mystery meat rounds and perfectly symmetrical egg product with red and green Specks for breakfast. A time tested Hampton Inn staple. Any Sailor worth his salt will feel right at home.

    Unexpectedly continental breakfast. Only only dry cereal, biscuit with pork white gravy, pork eggs omelets. Watered down oatmeal, dry toast and everything bagel. Only pork options available. Ask attendant about turkey opinion, she said this is all the hotel has, smiling. Many Guess on Saturday morning only had toast to eat,although your being charged for breakfast. Room are very clean and associates are very nice. Just poor food opinions and near hwy.
