Literally the worst hotel lol. No one is ever in the lobby. They don’t clean the rooms. They don’t bring towels. They don’t clean the hallways. They don’t answer the phones. They don’t clean the lobby or the pool. The showers are moldy!!! Don’t stay here if you have another choice!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I stayed at this hotel July4-7. The didn’t let us do early check in but was charging $300 a night. This hotel was not worth the money we paid. I have stayed at better hotels for less than what I paid here. The breakfast was horrible it was the same frozen stuff every morning. The staff was very rude , unprofessional and unfriendly. We booked our rooms in April through booking.com. On booking it gave us the options to pay now or pay at facility. We choose to pay at facility.Although they give those options the hotel does not honor the pay at hotel option they will call and harrass you about paying three days prior to stay. So I call and spoke to Khan on Thursday to confirm my room and my stay because I received 2 confirmation emails confirming my reservation. Khan stated to me that my card was declined. I informed him that the card declined due to it being locked and I will pay when I get there. He ask what time I will arrive. I stated before 3pm. He stated he would put a note in the system that customer will make payment when she arrives, not one time did he say they will not be doing early check in. So upon my surprise when I get to hotel Friday around 10:50am the rude unprofessional host informed me that she cancelled my reservation because she couldn’t verify my payment. I stated to her I previously spoke to Khan and he put a note in the system that I will be paying when I get there. I hate I didn’t get her name . She informed me that Khan did not put a note in system like he said. This really frustrated me because I informed her that it’s false advertising to say on your website that you can pay at hotel and it’s not honored. Also I confirmed that I was coming. She pissed me off that when she rebooked I forgot to give her my CLIA number when she rebooked the room at a higher rate than I previously had . Yes I am a certified travel consultant so I will never recommend this hotel to my clients. The rooms was not as clean as I’m used too. The mattress felt like I was sleeping on concrete and the pillows were flat as a pancake, the elevators were not working properly and the restrooms in lobby were not clean. Needless to say I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
