The staff is very welcoming, there is always something to do whether you decide to just hang around the hotel (their pool is great too) or explore the many beaches, all of which are within 45min to an hour's drive; the location can't be beat. Our family loves being close to the beaches, but it is also nice to be away from the more congested areas. We stayed on the 5th floor in a studio, 2 queen room and it was HUGE, there was more than enough space to accommodate us, we made light meals in the room as well as had breakfast in the front lobby. Breakfast wasn't bad at all, the waffles of course with all the extras was a big hit:) My husband and I are coffee fanatics, which was a little disappointing, but we brought our own Vietnamese drip coffee, so again, nothing to complain about. The cleaning staff checked on us daily to service the room, and were also very polite and friendly. Love this hotel and we will return:)
