    Was waiting outside the doors and the worker made eye contact with us but didn’t let us in. Asked very politely if they were open to make a reservation and he gave us attitude about how they are always open 24/7. But when I asked to book he said they are sold out and we can’t get in till 4pm the next day. Very confusing and rude worker

    Pebble was one of the first people I met on trip after a long day of delays and travel. She was the bright spot in a rough day! Thank you!!!! Customer service has been outstanding. View is priceless! Amenities are top notch. Great location and proximity to everything within quick drive. Will be back!!

    Booked a room showed up 30 minutes after check in time and the room was not ready. They couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. And there were others in the lobby also waiting for their room. Asked to cancel the room since I had no idea how long we would have to continue to wait, they told me I would have to go through the website. I was still charged for the entire stay even though I was told I would get a partial refund. Update: I’m changing my rating because the issue was resolved. They ended up charging me for the room twice but I will be getting a refund. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very helpful and help set things right. Maybe this was just a busy off day for them and not a common occurrence experience. I honestly don’t know. I was really looking forward to the stay here and wish it would have worked out better.

    My girl friend booked a room here check in is at 4pm we got there at 430pm they said or room wasn't ready and couldn't give us a time it would be ready so we was going to just cancel the room then they want to try to charge us for it even though we couldn't get a room when they said we could so I feel it was a void of contract once or room wasn't ready on the hotel policy time so if they change us we will take legal action I guess since it was completely there falt for the whole situation an trying to make us pay for them not complying to there owe policy

    As a whole, was a nice stay. A bit aggravated about 1130pm and we could hear the bass from the music outside our room from the courtyard area. I called to complain as we could hear the bumping bass OVER our tv and air conditioner. We were trying to relax and the music noise was very annoying... Called front desk, they claimed they couldn't turn it down OR turn it off. We were on 2nd floor and apparently the speaker was just below our room in courtyard.🤦‍♀️ Anyway, hotel did have a nice lazy river for the kids with convenient beach access. Plus, games for kids in courtyard area. We'd stay here again. Most importantly, room was clean and bed was comfy. Just that loud music at quiet hours was very annoying.
