Maggie did a great job getting us checked in. She was very nice and comped us a couple drinks for our anniversary.
Hotel could use some work….both poolside jacuzzi’s were broken, no TV service in the gym, none of the doors to the indoor pool worked so no pool access, and the light in our bathroom didn’t work.

This is my go to spot every time I come to this area. Customer service is great, rooms are nice, and the location is perfect. The front desk, specifically, Maggie went out of her way to ensure I was taken care of during the trip. I can’t say enough good things about her. You will just have to travel here and see for yourself. I know I
will be coming back.

The room, the view and the amenities were great. The breakfast ruined our experience. Do not pre pay for the breakfast vouchers unless you want to waste your entire morning waiting to eat. We got to the hostess stand at 8:45 and did not receive food until 10:05. If we had not paid beforehand we would have left and gotten better service elsewhere.

We stayed for four nights over Christmas, just my husband and me. The location is great, and the staff was consistently friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean, but the overall quality fell short of what we expect from a Hilton. We didn’t anticipate a five‑star experience, but we did expect better.
The room itself was comfortable, though the painted‑over “discoloration” was very noticeable in our shower along with busted light. The biggest issue, however, was the condition of the pools. Throughout our entire stay, we never once saw them cleaned or properly maintained. Despite being open, they were essentially unusable. If the hotel is short‑staffed or lacking maintenance support, the pools should be closed for guest safety.
At one point, the water level in the main outdoor pool dropped below an appropriate level not to mentioned the missing pool tiles. I’m an early riser and spent time on the balcony around 6 a.m. and in the fitness room around 7 a.m., both overlooking the pool area. Not once did I see anyone clean, skim, or treat the water. I did see someone pour in chlorine, but no one ever checked pH levels or performed any real maintenance. Considering the heavy holiday usage, this was extremely unsanitary.
The pool furniture was also worn and dirty not just weathered from salt air, but genuinely neglected. The hot tub was the worst of all the water was so murky you couldn’t even see your hand beneath the surface. There’s simply no excuse for that level of neglect.
Additionally, if you’re traveling with children, this property may be a great fit. But for adults looking for quiet time or a more relaxing atmosphere, this isn’t the place. The resort is heavily family‑oriented, and families tend to take over most common areas. We completely understand that families travel, but offering designated adult‑only pool or hot tub hours—perhaps after 7 p.m.—would make a huge difference.
Overall, this stay wasn't to disappointing even though we really water some water time and didn’t get that, but we did expect much better from a Hilton property.

I can only attest to the lobby, restaurant, 4th floor halls and my room.
The Lobby is vast and plenty of very uncomfortable "couches" the restaurant is open lots of seating and very little service over an uninspired menu. The fourth floor hallways is full of damage and broken sconces and exit lights, there is multiple places with wall damage and wallpaper just falling of the wall. The room has multiple outlets not working and the tap water was not even suitable to brush your teeth with it tasted of chlorine AND rust.
When I brought up water issues I was told well there is bottled water in your room for $3 and filtered water over there and you can fill your glass. The said huh about all the others issues the counter girl did not care.
Never going to recommend this place or stay here again
