Located only a few steps from the water on Okaloosa Island, Beal House features 100 guest rooms – 60 with balconies overlooking the Gulf – along with a well-equipped fitness center and an outdoor pool. From helping me check in, parking and just her personality. Very rare to run into such good people. That being said, the entire staff was extremely helpful. The facility I felt was great, the location perfect. Close to everything. Bars, restaurant's, shopping and beaches all walking distance. I felt the rooms were nice and clean. Beds, very comfy. This was my birthday weekend and I feel it was even better thanks to this place. Highly recommend!! Thank you to Camele again for your superior service.

I contacted the manager to see if she would investigate and correct these ads but she never responded. Seems like a scam advertisement.
- TSTessa SmithNov 3, 20253.0We have stayed at this location before, but this experience was not as great. The service from the staff was absolutely incredible, as prior stay. When I informed them about the bedding situation ( dirty & hair) they wanted to quickly resolve. All the staff were fantastic & the communication through text messages was prompt & very professional. Our room in general was not well cleaned (floors turned socks black, bedding was dirty & kitchenette area toaster was absolutely disgusting as was the microwave). I cleaned off the kitchenette counters, foot rest for couch & desk with lysol wipes & it was apparent they were not cleaned (wipes were black) The bed was absolutely uncomfortable & neither of us could sleep more than a few hours. The food at the remedy was way overpriced (side salad & piece of very small grilled chicken was $30 & not one piece of shrimp in the seafood gumbo, no seafood at all? ) We had a great experience the first time we stayed, but this experience left alot to be desired.

Due to a mistake of mine, my fiance and me ended up at the Beal House unexpectedly and without a reservation. Austin was very polite and professional. He got us a room and waived the parking fee for us since we were getting in late and hadn't planned on being here. He asked me if I had a Hilton account and I didn't think I did. He looked for me anyways and it turns out that I had a membership and it reduced the cost of my stay! Saved us money and was extremely nice. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were everything we needed. My only criticism was that there was a door near our room on the third floor, I think it was to the stair well or something. Every time it closed it would slam loudly. From my room it was loud enough to wake me up every time it closed, and the first time was around 7am.

Restaurant the first night grease was old fish was very dark fried -👎 but The remedy restaurant was redeemed at breakfast ! Breakfast was awesome ! Starbucks coffee ☕️ 🙌! Bacon eggs mighty tasty ! Great service both times but our first night dinner left poor impression! Hotel very clean but you have to pay to park $15 plus tax per day ! Also we had tried to upgrade prior to arrival to ocean front room which would b $60 more per room Per night ! SONCE WE WERE SENT AN EMAIL TO upgrade our stay ! We sent in request but were told unavailable ( we had 2 rooms ! so our last night we moved to another Hilton Property with kind & proper management! The front desk staff was going to charge us $150 early departure fee ! This is completely unacceptable! Ridiculous ! We have been hit on honors members for over 25 years NEVER HAVE been charged $150 for early departure fee! The front desk staff does not put off a good vibe they don’t seem to care if u are there or stay there ! We moved to the Hilton Garden Inn just down the street bigger much nicer management! Pebble was outstanding! Mayb she should come & Train your staff!
