The staff is rude and uncaring and the property is run down and in desperate need of attention. No towel or cleaning service automatically…but the front desk will argue with you that they did it. Faucets have no pressure. Lots of things in need of repair. Beds and pillows worn and uncomfortable. Soap dispenser out and not checked. And after booking 40 nights with them in a week with our group, they charged three of us $149 for a 1:30PM late checkout. We had asked the day before for a complimentary late checkout and they said to check in the morning. At 5:30AM they said I was too late. No one in our group received one. Really? But they were happy to offer $72.50 for one and then charge $149. Shame on their owner for this policy. One bright spot of the hotel is that they do provide a nice breakfast that’s included. But that’s not enough to make up for the poor service, poor accommodations and owner’s greed. There are lots of nice properties in the Fort Myers area, no need to put yourself through the grief. Note: Prior to posting this review, I called and spoke with a manager who was going to correct a everything and take care of us and then call me back. I never received a call.
