The hotel was spotless, the rooms were spacious with plenty of room for a family, and we loved the extra pullout sofa bed — super convenient and comfortable. The free breakfast was a great bonus, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. What truly made our stay stand out, though, was Lorenda. A day after we checked out, my son realized he had accidentally left behind something very special to him. I called the hotel hoping for the best, and Lorenda went above and beyond to help. She personally searched for the item, kept in touch with me, and even called back with updates. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care meant so much to us — it’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. Thank you, Lorenda, for turning a stressful moment into a reminder of how thoughtful and dedicated people can be. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next trip!
