    Absolutely terrible experience from beginning to end. If you’re looking to stay in the Fort Myers area, please go ANYWHERE but here! I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Fort Myers) about a week and a half ago, used their outdoor hot tub a couple of times, and came home with something called “Hot Tub Folliculitis”. It is a bacterial infection that I contracted through their improperly maintained hot tub. My PCP said that it is such a severe case that he prescribed a steroid cream along with an oral antibiotic. Is it life threatening? Obviously not. But is it a life disrupter and something that you should not expect from Hilton? Absolutely. The included picture is just ONE PART of my body. The rash is literally all over!

    Absolutely love this hotel!! I stay here every holiday when I visit my dad who lives in Cape Coral. The service is exceptional, rooms are great and it’s not too loud. I also love the deals I get on super.com and the fact that they allowed me to have my service dog (non barking) to stay here once. I highly reccomend Hilton garden for your Fort Myres or Cape Coral stay. Affordable pricing and great staff who are kind! I will stay here again and again. I will be staying here every thanksgiving going forward! I also love breakfast here, which is only 16 dollars extra. I highly reccomend booking through super. Great work staff. We appreciate you 😊 Love it!!

    I’m leaving this reviews mid-stay, I haven’t checked out yet but I’m very satisfied with the level of service with my stay so far. From checking in, breakfast, lounge area, to waiting in the lobby for my food delivery, everyone here is professional, super nice and very helpful. Walking through the lobby with my take out food, I was asked by a lovely lady, Mia if I needed any utensil or napkins. They truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but the service was excellent! This kind lady made sure everyone was happy and had everything they needed. I highly recommend staying here. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed and most important for me, cool AC! :)

    My second time visiting, alot comes with this hotel. A full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu. Also has a reasonable full bar. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Never tried the pool but it looks nice and consistently see people having fun in it. What more could you ask for!?!

    It took 45 minutes to make this reservation with a person who is NOT at your location. She claimed to have called the front desk and confirmed everything I asked for. This was a very important weekend that was ruined by your incompetence of the reservation desk, front desk, and manager. I asked for a first floor room facing parking. My husband is handicapped and needs to be on ground level. We also needed to see our show car for this trip, and usually park right outside of our room when we travel. I was given room 112. There was no way for me to see my car from this room. We were then moved to the third floor, we could see our car way out over the pool, but again, it was on the third floor. THE RESPONSE WHEN I FIRST CALLED SHOULD HAVE BEEN, "NO WE DO NOT HAVE ANY ROOM THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS". Instead I was lied to and got no help when I actually got to your location. The front desk person tried and did not resolve the issue. Your manager was awful. She never asked in all the calls and conversations how she could help us! She went on and on about how it is NOT their fault, it was reservation that made the mistake. Excuse me, but do they not all work for Hilton? Why pass the blame. How did she ever got to become a manager? We stayed, left at 7:00 am the next morning. I WILL NEVER RESERVE AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN. This was one of the worst trips we have ever had, and it could have been prevented had everyone stopped trying to pass the blame and lying to our faces!
