The Hilton App and website are both offering $111 a night plus tax, but it would not go through online so I called the front desk. Front desk agent was very rude and was trying to charge me $130 plus tax. When I told her about the lower price she said she couldn’t book that because it was non refundable. I said that was fine, my card could be charged and that my plans were not going to change. She interrupted me and said let me just transfer you to reservations and put me in the queue without my permission. The man at reservations was very nice and really tried but stated only the front desk could book that type of reservation. SO WHERE IS THE DISCONNECT because she told me she couldn’t book that! So was she just being lazy? That’s fine; it’s one night but you have lost my business. I’ll go to Marriott instead.

They were kind enough to let me view the room before I checked in which I so appreciated. The room was very clean. The only thing that I didnt like was the bathroom door is not a typical door, but rather one that slides to the left and right and doesn't lock. Also the breakfast is until 10am, and we went down at 9:45 and they were out of eggs, and I asked the kitchen employee if they would possibly be making more eggs and they said no. Other than that, everything was perfect. They have warm cookies each night in the afternoon as well. Everyone at the front desk was amazing, especially Seph, he was so funny and helpful. The GM made me feel so welcome as well. They went above and beyond, and have a great staff here that really care and make you feel valued and welcome. I am very picky and if you are looking for a great hotel I highly recommend this one.
