No fun what so every, no pool ever, no talking after 7 cuz Karen needs her beauty sleep, treadmills don’t work, gym equipment, tons of roaches, can’t jog when in a rush
and there’s nothing around it
Great location. Friendly staff.
Rooms are very nice. But, no drapes??? You better be up early, this was the sun in the room at 8am

I stayed at this exact hotel 1 year ago and this is not the same place it used to be. I was there for three nights and housekeeping never once vistied my room, made the bed, replenished the towels or even folded them. I took out the hairdryer bag on day 2 and it was completely covered in white mold. There were splatters of something on the wall next to the bed. The bed was hard as a rock. The buffet was disgusting. Moldy fruit in bowls for days, no orange juice working (sign on the machine stating out of order), no milk in the containers (had to ask the woman standing there if they had more milk), they ran out of meat and bagels multiple days (the hotel was not even close to being packed). There are 3 Hampton Inns in the area and this is the most expenseive one. After calling Hilton Honors Customer Service (and sending them the pics attached here). Still waiting to hear back from them on whether they can give me a partial refund.
