Even though the box at the front desk offers you your free snack, when asked at the front desk to three different people, I was not offered or told anything about it when I asked about diamond status. Probably one of the worst Hampton Inn service that I've had in all my travels (and with Diamond status, I have been to a fair amount of Hampton Inn). Breakfast is standard fare and there is an outdoor pool with a parking lot view. It's not in a bad location since it's within walking to the downtown first Street area but you do have to pass across and under the highway to get there.

Mia at the front desk said, “The crew needs to be checked out in a timely manner” and proceeded to ask for my room number and got visibly upset when I told her that I didn’t know it. She did not even greet me or ask the rest of my crew for their room numbers. Mia asked for my last name and while I told her I pointed at it on the sheet and as if she couldn’t look and read herself, asked for my room number again with a degrading tone. I didn’t appreciate the attitude. Will make a report to the airline as well. Hotel staff never asks to check out the way she demanded, all they need to do is look at the departure shuttle time on the sheet to notate which rooms are open and need to be cleaned…
