I am one of the caring medical patients who come here for medical treatment and the staff at this facility seems to be well trained in dealing with clients with unique needs and invisible disabilities. Most recently, tonight to be exact, I witnessed an angry and belligerent woman yelling at the lovely front desk worker, Liza, about the remote not working for her tv. Sweet Liza, who always goes above and beyond every time we stay here, handled this angry bitter woman with kindness and respect and compassion. I am choosing to write a review before I walk down to the desk to check on her, as this other guest was way out of line in how she spoke to the staff member. 10/10 stars for the staff and hotel, 0/10 stars for the angry and drunk sounding guest who should probably watch less tv and read more books on how to treat people kindly.

- AMAndrea MatthewsDec 22, 20255.0I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! From the customer service (Chavone IS top-notch!!!) to the cleanliness and breakfast. We drove 20 hours and upon getting to our original destination it was less than expected and I did not feel comfortable being there. So we were "homeless" for a couple hours until we walked into this Hampton Inn. Chavone QUICKLY saw our stress and accomodated us as if we had already had a reservation. We were allowed to "room hunt" and decide which layout worked best for our LARGE family of 7. This entire process could have been very very stressful for us but it was truly seamless because or Chavone. I WILL be returning to this hotel for sure! Disclaimer: the building outside.. let me just say DO NOT judge a book by its cover. You won't be upset if you stay here! Also, literally EVERYTHING is within 10 minutes and of course other great things just about 30 minutes away!
