Rooms had significant wear and tear, particularly the remote control curtains were very beat up, and one of them didn't even work properly. The bathroom shower curtain was also not the cleanest and the shower floor also looked dirty. The bathroom door didnt close all the way and the lock didn't work as well. Also, the door looked pretty scratched and beat up. Our room was large and comfortable for 5 people, I'll give them that but for almost $300 for 1 night, I'd expect the rooms to be as close to pristine as possible. Im writing this last part as an addendum to the rest of my review: My 2-year-old went under the bed and found one of those plastic pop-top balls used to stash drugs like weed and a used can of N2O, making me think someone was also doing whippets in the room. Cleanliness is DEFINITELY not a strong-willed of this place. Would not recommend ever.

Worse hotel experience of my life! I dont know where to begin with. The guy Erik in the front desk was EXTREMELY rude to me and my family from the day that we got there. Our key cards never worked. Everyday when we got to the hotel, we had to go to the reception and make new ones. Besides that, when me and my sister went to sleep, our bed smelled like dogs pee. We call Erik in the front desk to ask for new sheets, it was 9PM, he never send anything until almost midnight. When the lady went there to give us the clean sheets, she was also rude and threw the bag at us. she didnt want to take the smelly ones. Everyday my parents went to the front desk and asked them to get their room cleaned, they only did it once time after they beg for it. Besides that, there’s a lot of homeless people in the surroundings, and one day we were fixing our keys, and one guy walked into the reception and started cursing on a little kid. The whole experience was awful and sometimes scary. I would NEVER be at this place again!!!

My family and I stayed here before and after our cruise and the entire staff was impeccable with their service. I wish I knew the front desk staff members from the first day because they were all so awesome! When we came in early from a cruise, Porcha helped my family tremendously. Even though our room was not prepared for us, she ensured my family was able to get breakfast, do laundry, and access the pool and gym. She also helped us with our luggage- stored it while we ate and rotated our bags as we needed them for laundry. Professional, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Rooms were spacious for our family of 4 and very comfortable and clean. Laundry room is quite busy and hectic but it’s probably because of all of the people cruising. I can’t say enough about how impressed we are with this Hilton location!

I booked my stay from 12/21-12/23/2025. I checked in 12/21 around 8pm. The following morning I called down for room service and spoke with Brykia who disconnected the call on me. I called back and her response was “if I said have a good day would that make you feel better I heard your request what else do you want me to say.” Very very unprofessional. I went to the front desk and spoke with the manager Robin who had a smirk on his face while expressing my concern. Brykia kept looking bad laughing and giving me dirty looks as if I knew her. Porshia was much more professional than the manager. Thank you for assisting me with checking out early. You get what you pay for at this hotel, it’s pretty cheap for a reason.

I will never stay at this hotel again. My daughter accidentally left her rosary in the room after we checked out. I did call the front desk, and they advised me to contact Lost and Found, which is handled by housekeeping. I left a voicemail but never received a return call. My husband also tried reaching out and spoke with someone, but it turned into a frustrating back-and-forth. Ultimately, we were told the rosary was not found. This is extremely disappointing. The rosary was very meaningful to my daughter. While she is responsible for her belongings, it is unacceptable that an item left behind could simply disappear. It suggests that housekeeping staff cannot be trusted as they steal. If I worked at this hotel, I would never take something that didn’t belong to me, I would make sure it was returned to its owner. Some people just don't have a heart. On top of that, the overall experience was unpleasant. The clientele seemed trashy, the area felt unsafe, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially, knowing if you forget something in the room, it will be stolen.
