This is not worth to call Hilton! The beds were really dirty/disgusting (blood stains/hairs etc.) I talk to front desk and answer was ok! Send you new sheets, the new ones were even worse. The AC smells kinda burned and you have a musty environment. The quality is not worth the price compared to the other hotels from the chain which are cheaper and with more space.I would not recommend it to nobody.

Staff was great, and my kids enjoyed the courtesy churro snacks available upon arrival. The place was welcoming and clean. However, the beds were quite squeaky—we could hear the metal coils with every movement. That said, it served its purpose and we still slept well. In the morning, there was a good variety of breakfast items available, but unfortunately there were no plates to serve ourselves, so we ended up heading out for breakfast instead.

Headed to Ft. Lauderdale cruise port the next morning. 20 minutes drive, very convenient. Room door wasn't closed when we arrived at the room, when we left for dinner, we realized why. Had to slam door a couple times to secure door. Bathroom could use a overhaul. Was very surprised for a Hilton owned hotel the condition of most of the building. 2 elevators, only one working. The one that was working made an awful noise, felt unsafe. Room overall seemed pretty clean. It was very dark even with the lights on. Breakfast had a selection of food. As we sat eating breakfast, one guest after another came down to desk and complained about bugs found in room, doors not closing properly and securely, no heat in bathroom, all demanding a refund. The one guest had already called Hilton, they advised guest to tell the person at desk to give refund. 3 guests in a row demanded and received a refund. WOW Would not revisit or recommend to anyone. There are hotels a couple blocks down the street that is a nicer area of town and looked much newer. Over paid for sure for one night!
