- SVSuki Vee5 days ago2.0When we first checked in, the room had not been properly cleaned. The bedding didn’t feel fresh, so I requested a new set of sheets and ended up changing them myself. We went out to get food, and when we returned, we noticed the room was overall quite dirty, and a few items on the wall were loose or damaged. I contacted the front desk, and they moved us to another room. The second room was slightly better, but still outdated—there were visible stains on the carpet and signs of wear throughout the room. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. Good thing: The breakfast is provided from 6am-10am, they have scramble egg sausage, oatmeal, waffle makers, cereal, toast, coffee and juice.

The hotel looks nothing like it does online — the rooms are extremely outdated, cramped, and uncomfortable. My king room was so small there was barely a foot of space between the bed and the entertainment center. The bathroom was in terrible shape, with rust in the shower and a toilet that looked dirty. To make things worse, on my last night I woke up to a giant cockroach crawling on the wall. This was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else — this property is not up to Hampton Inn standards and should not be listed the way it is.
