Abdul was so nice and friendly he took pictures of our travel group under the “bon voyage” set up and even gave my kids some snacks after hearing about our long journey. Room was clean and halls were quiet at night which is a plus. We stayed for one night before heading to our cruise and will definitely stay again. Also located next to a plaza, I was able to grab wine & any items I forgot right before leave for my cruise :)

The staff handled the large amount of cruise passengers, both incoming and outgoing, with ease and patience. We will definitely be staying at this Hotel during any future visits to Ft. Lauderdale.

If you are looking for a hotel near the airport and port (e.g., before or after cruise), and after renovations, I recommend it. The staff were very helpful. In closing, you should know their airport shuttle does not run after 11pm.

On the phone with a non-customer that couldn’t make up their mind while a lobby full of people waited in line to check in. Again, not her fault. Asked about a restaurant and she wanted to hand me a list of restaurants. I didn’t expect RC standards just some eye contact and a smile would have been nice.

This location uses a parking company service called Metropolis Parking and if you search for this company there is even class actions against the company. I called the company to solve a parking issue and they told me that even Hilton didn't pay them for my whole stay so currently waiting for more charges. Calling Hilton also haven't solve the situation. My suggestion is that is you have to park avoid any location with Metropolis Parking including any Hilton using their services since I have been trying with Hilton to solve this issue and they just want me to call Metropolis and Metropolis just want to charge. I paid $28 just to have a headaches 2 months trying to solve this issue UPDATE: Latest reviews from other customer shows the same issues and that Hilton does not care about it. The other customer like me reached out for help and they ignored him. Is been almost 4 months and no reply from Hilton on this issue and the charge still showing. AVOID Hilton and Metropolis like a plague both are scamming their customers with charges.
