The hotel is lovely - our room was nice and clean, the people at the front desk were very nice, and there is a nice outdoor area with a pool and lots of chairs. However our experience at the VUE restaurant for breakfast was horrible. We sat ourselves, no one came to our table for water, coffee, menus, or anything else. We ended up doing the breakfast buffet because no one came to check on us. We were charged $29 per person with 18% auto grat, which is wild considering we literally got NO service. We had to ask someone in a different part of the hotel for our check. Not sure why two younger women at a restaurant aren’t taken seriously at a restaurant at a hotel that we paid for to eat food that we paid for. Maybe hire new servers.

As a frequent guest of GALLERY One, I have come to appreciate the property’s location and potential. However, our most recent stay was a perfect example of how the experience here can be "hit or miss" depending on the room assignment and the staff on duty. Our stay began on a rocky note. Our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 PM, and upon entering Room 1132, we were met with an overwhelming and offensive chemical odor, likely from a recent carpet cleaning. It was so intense we had to leave the balcony and hallway doors open for several hours just to make the space bearable. Furthermore, Room 1132 is in desperate need of a refresh—specifically the sofa bed, which was in such poor condition it should be replaced immediately. The most disappointing part of the arrival was my interaction with the supervisor, Tonya. When I called the front desk to request a room move due to the odor, she was dismissive and unhelpful, showing very little concern for our comfort as returning guests. On a much brighter note, the rest of the team truly saved our trip. Tania C. was incredibly helpful, and Javier and Steve provided the kind of high-level service that keeps us coming back to this hotel. Their professionalism and warmth made our stay wonderful despite the initial hurdles. While the location remains a favorite, the consistency of room maintenance and management responsiveness needs attention. If you are lucky enough to work with Tania, Javier, or Steve, you will have a great stay—but the hotel needs to ensure that "hit or miss" quality isn't the standard for their guests.

My stay at The Galleryone was extremely pleasant. The room was beautiful and spacious which included a full kitchen and the view was one of the best l've seen in years overlooking the intracoastal AND ocean. Throughout my stay the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and Rafael who manages the property made sure my experience was nothing short of excellent. The rate was also extremely affordable considering the location, nice room, and high quality service I received. I will be back soon and will certainly recommend this place to my friends and family. Thanks again!

I stayed here from 25th dec to 26th I had booked until the 30th. Due to the road noise and there single pane windows and there outdated mattresses and no central heating for the room I check out the next day I forgot my Peter millar button down shirt in the closet by mistake I called the next morning talked to security as they stated on a recorded call that the room was not cleaned yet as I had it booked until the 30th he would be able retrieve the shirt when I showed up there was confusion as to where my shirt was short story my shirt was either stolen by staff or the new guest I talked to Tonya the supervisor and she was not compassionate about the situation and refers me to contact law enforcement about the missing expensive shirt I had mistakenly forgotten I have stated at many Hilton properties but this one I would avoid and spend the extra money on the one along the beach as this one should’ve not been considered a Hilton property. Tonya was quick to diss miss reviewing security footage as I feel she did not care. I would have been happy with Hilton credit of some sort or a refund for my stay including the 55 dollar parking fee ask my shirt cost 250 plus tax. I will be contacting a local small claims lawyer to help me navigate this issue as I feel housekeeping either kept the shirt or they failed to throughly check the rock before turning it over to a new guest. I have been a Hilton member for years and any time I have left clothing articles they have been able locate and resolve the issue. Tonya I hope you treat your guests better sounds like your comfortable in your position which I hope you get replaced with a more compassionate person.
