They also have rentals, from a sing shot, wave runners, the water taxie comes. You can walk to the beach close to bars and restaurants. Definitely a place you'd want to stay for a classy comfortable getaway.

I ate in their restaurant twice and the food was delicious. Service was impeccable - especially "Steve from Boston" at the Front Desk. He was professional yet personable. He remembered my name every time I came to the desk. Steve makes you think that you are the only customer he has. I watched him interact with several guests; he is very gracious and makes everyone feel welcome. Thank you Steve and GALLERYone. I will be back. William (Tom) W.
- TCTaylor CNov 11, 20252.0I stayed at this hotel for my wedding weekend and, unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet expectations. Despite having a large group of wedding guests stay there, the hotel did not offer any sort of discount or special accommodation, which was disappointing. Valet parking was incredibly expensive, borderline ridiculous for what was provided. The room service breakfast was another letdown: it arrived in styrofoam togo containers, looked sloppily prepared, and tasted bland, especially considering the high price. To make matters worse, a mandatory tip was automatically added to the bill. On a more positive note, the bartender at the lobby bar was friendly and welcoming, and I genuinely enjoyed spending time in that area. The location is also a plus, it’s within walking distance to several great bars and bakeries. The highlight of my stay was Whitney at the front desk. She was full of energy, kind, and truly elevated the customer service experience. Whitney was the saving grace of this hotel and made an otherwise mediocre stay much better. This is truly one of those places where they get by solely on being in a good location by the beach. You're definitely better off spending your money at one of the other 100 hotels in the area
- CACindy ArnoldNov 9, 20251.0My husband and I wanted to spend the night of our anniversary here because we were married there 4 years ago. The property is sentimental to us in that regard. However, we will probably not be returning. On the morning of 11/8, at approximately 10:15 am, a member of the housekeeping staff attempted to enter our room after a very brief knock on the door. My husband barely had time to put shorts on. Not only did they attempt to enter the room after an extremely brief knock and pause, we had the do not disturb sign on the door AND had requested a late check out for noon that was approved. This is unacceptable. Why was someone trying to enter the room at 10:15 to begin with when checkout isn’t until 11, and what is the point of the do not disturb sign if it is not adhered to? And apart from all of that, why even bother granting a late check out if it isn’t communicated to the rest of the staff? When we told the front desk what happened they had the housekeeping supervisor speak with us, but no hotel supervisor ever spoke with us, instead they only relayed a message through the front desk, that they had offered to take care of HALF of our valet or give us 1000 Hilton honors points. We felt that was not enough to cover the uncomfortable and unnecessary situation we encountered. We would have loved to continue the tradition of spending our anniversary there, but, after the way we felt dismissed when something that was not our fault happened, we will just find somewhere else to stay.

I had a big one bedroom suite, and it could have been upgraded but very clean, with a balcony with the entrance from the living area and the bedroom. The vallet parking was very expensive and needed more staff. Very good location. If like to walk you walk to beach. 5 minutes walk to a mall and many shopping center.
