I stayed here for two nights prior to my cruise. When I phoned from home to find out about the shuttle, I was placed on quite a long hold, and the customer service was not very polite. I was a bit worried about staying here. However, when I arrived at the airport and I called Best western to arrange for shuttle pick up, the lady who answered was polite and gave me instructions to get to terminal one, which is just outside the doors from baggage claim. You turn left, follow the signs to station E. There you see a lot of shuttles already waiting. Best western uses the candlewood suites white shuttle and I waited for up to 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle was packed like sardine but fortunately, Best western was the first stop.
The room and premises are clean and tidy, even though they are doing some renovation. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Front desk was polite and helpful.
Complementary continental breakfast is served from 7 AM to 9 AM. It is an average breakfast but enough to start your day off: coffee, milk, almond milk, yogurt, egg and cheese, omelette, sausages, hashbrowns, a waffle maker, some pastries, oatmeal, and juices.
You do not have to pay for the shuttle from the airport but if you want to take a shuttle to the cruise port, Best western tells you to contact All Stars Tours and Transportation and it cost $15 plus tax.
There is no Safe or swivel chair in the room. I would have enjoyed a swivel chair. The mini refrigerator is quite large by hotel . There is a swimming pool.
It is conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Next-door there is a McDonald’s. Beside that there is a gas station. And beside that there is the Valley Large mall with Dollar Tree, Subway, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, a Chinese restaurant, a Mexican restaurant, etc. All within five minutes of the hotel.
Housekeeping was quite good. Since I stayed here for just two nights, the second day they came into the room (you have to be present in the room) to change towels and to empty the waste baskets.
If you are a Best western rewards member and you request extended checkout there is no $15 fee. Otherwise you will have to pay $15 so it pays to become a Best western rewards member and it’s free to sign up.

Service sucked. Attendant was no help at front desk. Took forever to get help. Mold in the bathrooms. Above shower head. AC didnt work in multiple rooms.
I also want to add that the bus driver for best western drove way above posed speed limit. 20-25 mph. Come on, get us there safely. Im more than happy to talk to someone if they would like to reach out.
Fantastic stay.
Hotel seems to be just finishing up some construction upgrades and they did a great job making things look really nice. Our room was very clean and everything felt brand new. Staff was pleasant, airport shuttle was very quick we didn't have to wait long at all. Pool was a good size with plenty of chairs around to relax. Breakfast area is a little tight but maybe that's just temporary because of the construction. Either way it was no issue for us.
To start, they offer free shuttle from the airport. The front desk was rude when i called for the shuttle. It took 45 minutes to get to the airport when it was 4 miles away and no traffic. The hotel was under heavy remodel. I had to dodge dropcloths, paint, roller trays, amd tools on my way to my room. My flight got in in the morning. They wouldn't let me check in early so I had to drop my luggage and walk around the neighborhood for 3 hours. I couldn't access the pool from inside because they were doing tilework in the hall. You had to walk outside and around the building through a shady door to get to a pool full of dead dropped leaves. I was there for 4 days, and not once did they enter my room to take out the trash, give me clean towels, or make my bed. Even after I asked for service, I never got it. They made me pay a $50 deposit per day to cover if I smoked or had pets in the room. They told me I'd get it back in 12 days. What kind of operation is this? The only nice part of this experience was the breakfast. The girl was prompt, courteous, and made sure everything was full and clean. Besides that, I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. Star clear of this place. Terrible experience
