My husband and I would like to give a special thank you to Cyan who worked at the check-in front desk but is in sales department now. Cyan was so considerate and kind to us when we arrive late to the hotel due to the delayed airflights. We were so tired and distraught. Cyan smiled and with her soft voice managed to calm our worries and reassured us that everything would be okay. She quickly got our room keys and extended herself so that we could contact her for anything. We have returned every year since 2022. Cyan remembers us and is always attentive to our needs. Thank you so much Cyan for your excellent service.

2 out of 3 elevators down. Over a 30 min wait for elevators. The doors to the stairs are locked, can't use stairs. How unsafe is that! Being constantly approached by sales people every time you stand around is SO annoying! Obviously we're not just hanging out in the lobby. The lobby has 6 seats which is not enough for anyone to sit and wait for elevators or rides. We were jam packed in the lobby! The room carpet remains damp, doesn't smell good. There was no toilet paper, shampoo or body wash. Our room was not checked properly for all these empty bottles of necessities they're supposed to provide. The only thing nice about this place is being across the street from the beach. Not sure if we would return or recommend. Really disappointed for a Hilton stay.

This hotel is excellent. The building is old, I get it, but that does not change the fact the location is amazing and convenient, the staff is kind, the breakfast is great and has reasonable price. Plus, they offer chairs and towels by the beach. The pool is heated. I got offered a few drinks upon checking in. Overall very pleased and happier than I thought I would be, due to the current rating below 4 stars (which I think is unfair). The downside was that 1 of the 3 elevators was not working, but it could happen anywhere. Everything else compensated for that. Thank you! Special thanks to the valets, Luck and Tanzie, plus Jen (?) at the breakfast restaurant.

Stayed for a night - several of us. let's break it down for you - hopefully I will save another human being from going through this garbage.... Age is an undeniable fact of life. This hotel ( if you wanna call it that) is the perfect proof. This establishment has long passed its life expectancy, is living on borrowed-time at the expense of clueless guests like me paying over $300 bucks a night in total charges to suffer through this sorry excuse of an accommodation. Hilton has no business allowing their name on this shelter. It is beyond me how this is rated 4 stars - I have stayed at many 2 star hotels and received 100 times better service. These are all fake reviews - no sane person with functioning eyes ( and nose) would rate this place 4 stars. The place itself is old, dirty, uncleaned and shabby. Elevators are a noisy mess. Rooms are tiny, poorly maintained, with very noisy air conditioning - you literally can't sleep. You have to choose between sleep or ventilation. The fan sounds like a tractor - probably hasn't been cleaned for a decade, Bathrooms are ancient, age cries out of every crevice and corner. Old sinks, old fittings, mold covered up with uneven silicone. The 'balconies' they proudly display on their fancy website are nothing more then a 1'x5' strip of concrete accessible only through a heavy inoperable and jamming sliding door. There is no room for a person to 'stand' on it, let alone have a seat or a chair. When I tried utilizing the ancient coffee machine situated prominently on the dresser i found it to be unplugged with the cord dangling....so I started a search for an outlet nearby but none to be found. Upon further examination - the closest outlet was situated in the wall 'behind' the dresser. So, in their genius minds I would need to grab a couple of guys lift the heavy ancient dresser from its location in order to be able to access an outlet in which to plug in their ancient coffee machine......I had another idea, I picked up the entire tray, coffee maker and utensils and all, carried it across the room in search for a working outlet to plug in the machine to finally get us some coffee... This turned out to be too much for me, so instead, I headed downstairs to grab a coffee....of course, it was 11am and they were out of coffee. No more Coffee Sir. So they super kind to show me a store across the street that will sell me a cup of coffee for $5.43. Their checkout is at 11am but be on the lookout for rude knocks on your door way before that 'room service' despite a 'Do Not Disturb' sign is clearly hanging on the door handle. Their overnight parking fees - in an exposed lot is a complete ripoff and a joke. Don't do it. The 'Resort fee'? What resort???? Just another money grab - $43 for what? for a towel? Guys, don't do it.... move on.....save yourself the trouble... Hilton, get rid of this embarrassment NOW!!!!!

First of all, I do not know how this hotel is considered a 4.5 star hotel.. this is not a hotel it’s a motel, By far, this is the worst experience ever from any hotel in my whole life Customer Service awful the rooms, awful dirty. There is not one good thing about this place. I really think it should be knocked down and rebuilt because the location is pretty good. It’s really bad because people are being misled…… Also, their beach area looks like it was never cleaned. It is utterly filthy. You wouldn’t even want to take your shoes off and walk in the sand… There was not one clean part of the hotel that I seen. Also, everyone working there is extremely rude. Looks like they do not want to be there and all overworked. On Hilton’s behalf They should really be ashamed of this establishment. -1000
