They need more cameras and a fence around it. They had 2 cameras that didn't see the thieves cutting 2 cable locks and stealing my bike. They have security but they didn't see anything either. found it for sale on marketplace but the police haven't got the bike back or arrested the thieves. Stay at your own risk. Edit to respond to the hotel's response: yes actually a police report was filed with fl city pd. Case # 2503351. The officer who came to the hotel spoke with your 2 security guards who didn't see anything.

I stayed here for one night and had a very solid 4-star experience. While the price felt a little high, it is actually quite reasonable compared to the other options in the immediate area. The rooms were modern and clean, the service was friendly, and having breakfast included is a great perk.
The best part: The location is perfect if you are heading to the Keys. Being on the outskirts of Miami and closer to Key West allowed me to completely beat the heavy Miami traffic the next morning. It saved me at least an hour of driving time! If you need a reliable, comfortable place to stay before starting your drive down the islands, this is a brilliant choice.

Stayed here for two nights (Dec 20–22). On the first morning, the alarm clock in my room went off at 6:00 AM because it was not reset from a previous guest. This abruptly woke me up and seriously disrupted my sleep at the start of my stay.
What made the experience worse was the lack of response afterward. I attempted to contact Hilton support multiple times regarding this clear housekeeping oversight, but received no follow-up or resolution, essentially being ignored.
A hotel should at minimum ensure rooms are properly reset, and when issues are raised, guests should not be ghosted. Very disappointing experience.
Thank you for the response. However, I need to clarify several inaccuracies.
The alarm clock went off at 6:00 AM on the first morning, before any issue had been reported to the front desk. This indicates it was not reset prior to my arrival, regardless of the stated inspection process.
Additionally, I did not receive any follow-up or resolution after departure, despite multiple attempts to contact Hilton support. The issue of being “addressed immediately” does not reflect my experience.
I’m sharing this clarification to ensure the public record accurately reflects what occurred.

Night from Hell... we got 0 sleep.. videos to prove that the room next to us had a dog in it barking all night long. We called down to the desk all throughout the night with 0 help from anyone. They didnt offer to move us, they didnt call anyone to rectify the situation, no offer of help whatsoever. Horrible way to try to vacation. Hilton should have better standards than this. I honestly believe that 1 of the employees was behind this, as we called security up for the 3rd time at 443 a.m... letting them know corporate will be called, ironically the dog shut up around 5 am. Very disappointed in our stay amd will not choose Hilton Tru ever again

I really loved this place.
Motorcycle road trip from Sarasota, great place to stay over night to enjoy your morning ride to Key West.
On the way back was thinking to stay again just to be in their bed.
Super comfy, pillows are just from Heaven.
Will order the same for my place.
Above regular breakfast.
Gym
I think they have pool, not sure.
Big TV, not too many channels (did not care)
Safe to park you bike, parked my front entrance by cameras and lights (just extra step to safety in our free world).
Highly recommend, no photos of the place, but will attach my motorcycle and pillows tag🙏🏻
