- ELEthan Lee3 days ago5.0Amanda Hidalgo, one of the supervisors here, truly cares about the people staying at the hotel. She was absolutely lovely helping me with a series of strange events. She was so helpful and never made me feel like I was a burden while we worked it out. Huge kudos to her and her team. The premises has an awesome pool area and a decent gym. The rooms were clean and tidy and well stocked. For the price, you can't beat it. Highly reccomended. Thanks again Amanda!

Amanda, Melina, Melany, Sebastian, Juan, and Zach were naturally personable; so much so that I found myself leaving my room just to hang out with them! I would rather stay at a hotel like this over a 5 star resort if it meant I received a similar staff. The house keeping was just as awesome. Diana and Yanisel were quick and left my room spotless every time! It was a pleasure getting to know everyone and I know exactly where I’ll be staying during my next visit to Florida City!

The overnight desk worker was nowhere to be found when we were leaving the next morning and literally just left our room keys on the desk. Yes, we waited 5 minutes before actually leaving.
- CMCorey MostellerOct 19, 20252.0Overall the staff is nice, I was given the wrong room and my room key was given to someone else. Thankfully we were in the room or this other group would have had access to all of our luggage that included two laptops, an expensive watch, passport, my wedding band as well as all of our luggage. There is not a safe in the room to lock valuables. The bad part of the stay came with no amenities. A renovation is happening so there is no pool, gym, only one elevator, not all ice machines working, a recorded message playing over and over in the lobby and breakfast is still offered but you have to walk over to another Hilton hotel to get it. None of this would have been a problem but it was not communicated anywhere when we booked. We booked directly through Hilton so I would think they could have easily communicated this information. Anyway that was our experience.
