We recently spent one night here and I was extremely disappointed. Hilton hotels usually are our go to because of the cleanliness, staff and overall experience is usually fantastic even have stayed at this exact hotel before…This time not so much, I’m glad we only stayed one night. The hotel rooms were so disgustingly dirty that from the second we walked in no one took their shoes off until getting in bed. The shower had mold growing on the grout/ broken tiles and the floors were visibly dirty. For $190 per night we should have spent the extra $100 and gone to the Omni down the street.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay. At check-in, I asked if I could receive points for the stay instead of the complimentary gift (which was just two water bottles we didn’t need). The staff member responded quite rudely, saying I had no points and needed to “start traveling more” to be eligible — which felt completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. Another issue happened at breakfast. There was no bread left, so I asked for some and the staff brought it. About 30 minutes later, when my husband came down to eat and the bread was out again, I asked if they could restock it. The staff member’s response — “AGAIN?” — was delivered in a rude tone, which felt unnecessary. This time, the bread she brought was clearly straight from the freezer and tasted stale. Overall, the lack of basic courtesy and poor service left a bad impression during what should have been a comfortable stay.
