Upon check out I was told they would give me credit which I have the paperwork for, however they conveniently could not credit my card, the same one that was used for the stay. This stay was mid June and I have called 3 times since and nothing, the last call being with an associate who said they would have the manager call me back, which never happened…it’s been 2 months. Spoke to a Stephon twice and Nasa once…feels like a bait and switch situation….very disappointing as we typically always stay at Hampton inn for travels but looks like we need to find someplace that doesn’t blindside and lie to their customers.
