    We stayed one night here this weekend for a hockey tournament. The location was perfect for Hertz Arena. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. NASA was an extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating employee at the front desk. He made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, even though we only stayed for one night. We will definitely be staying here again!

    Very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again any time. Sorry I can't remember all the names but Amanda was one of the awesome staff members. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

    Terrible experience and terrible customer service. Cockroaches. You can see some dead ones in the stairwell. Not the worst thing about the stay. Around 1am, the room next to us was yelling, arguing and slamming doors. Kept doing it. I called the front desk and they said they would handle it. They did not. It kept going for hours and we could not go back to sleep. No one called the room, otherwise, I would have heard the phone ring in their room, and no one went to the room. The next morning, I went to the front desk and complained again. The man at the front said he would take care of it. Unsure if anything was done because the same night, it was the same thing., Not as worse as the first night but still VERY disruptive. Nasa reached out via text and asked about our stay. We informed her that it was terrible because of not having sleep and Hampton Inn staff not taking our concern diligently. Her response was rather passive. She just apologized and that she would speak to the party. But it was already too late. This hotel cares NOTHING about their guests. All they needed to do is talk to the other party. but they never did. So you expect me to pay full price for a 2 night stay that I was unable to get rest? What if I would have approached the party myself? It would have caused more issues and possibly involved the police. Like I said, terrible customer service. UPDATE: You say you would like to speak to me but you didn't provide contact information to speak to you.
