    Smelly hotel! Unfortunately We had to book this one since we planned the very last minute for our trip to Florida! The only one elevator was broken, We had to carry our luggages by stairs for 4 levels!!!! The breakfast staff put hands inside the trash can and then re-stocked the cups and Foods!!!! BUGS inside our room! Very dirty bathrooms and very cheap! How is it managed by HILTON!!!!!!!?????

    You get what you pay for at this place! Very surprised this was operated by the Hilton Brand. Lady at the front desk was super rude, elevator was broken, no cable TV? I'm 43 and never have I stayed at a Hotel without basic cable until now. I would not stay at this place again.

    If I have an option to rate zero , I would do that Terrible terrible terrible . First time staying with Hilton , I am Marriott Titanium and the only reason I stayed because of extended family members. The person at the front desk just plain miserable and elevator not working for the entire stay , we had to take all luggage all the way to the third floor . My mom had mobility issues and she had to walk back and forth all the way 3 floor, these guys just ruined my vacation and no regard to customer at all . I wish I could explain further - please if you have any dignity left don’t stay here , spend few bucks more but stay somewhere else to have a better overall experience

    I recently stayed at the hotel, and I'll only comment on the rooms because I have no complaints about the staff or the breakfast, but I do have complaints about the rooms. The room smelled of dampness, the carpet was so dirty that it made our feet dirty, and I recommend vacuuming the mattresses because the day after staying there, we woke up with bug bites.

    I will start off by saying I have stayed here several times before boarding a cruise. It’s close to port, reasonably priced and the rooms are fine for a quick overnight. That being said, NEVER AGAIN. Or at least not as long as Arlis is employed there. I booked a room for Dec 27 on June 2, 6 months in advance. At 5:57 pm Arlis marked us as no shows and gave our room away. When attempting to check in at 6:30 pm she slid my id back to me and shrugged her shoulders at me. What?! Why does a front desk clerk have the authority to give away rooms at 5:57 in the afternoon? During the holidays, and season it’s impossible to find rooms in advance, nevermind the night of! She was rude, condescending and a jerk. My husband asked for a manager and she handed him a card and said “good luck, she’ll be in on Monday” She’s a nasty human being. Hilton made it right after being on hold for 3 hours they comped us an ocean suite at the diplomat resort- so thank you to Hilton, but Arlis should not be in customer service!
