- ECE C2 days ago1.0I did not have the chance to see the room. i am assuming is great. The hotel looks very nice. The guy who took care of me at 4am was nice but did not go the extra mile. Long story short, I booked through a third party around 3:45 am from the Jan10th-Jan 11th but it was already the 11th. It is annoying, crazy and unbelievable that they have availability and they can not make the reservation because the day passed but I had still 6-7 hours to sleep and leave (check-out) at 11 am. I contacted the third party company (Agoda) and they tried to help me but because of Hilton systems they could not much. Then I contacted Hilton by phone and they took 45 minutes to helped me but when that happened they told me that the rate for those 6-7 hours was going to be almost $300, that was a joke. I previously paid $230. So I had to leave to find a hotel around 5:30am. I learned something I found something called Dayuse.com and you can book for blocks of 7-8 hours cheaper and more convenient for some situations. Finally Hilton did not do anything, not even a bottle of water. Crazy!? I am always looking to stay in Hilton hotels…very disappointed.

Thankfully the bad experience was an exception and not the rule for Home2s. I would book again for the right price (if the room is stinky again, however, I will be calling corporate). Breakfast was good, but the hotel was full so it was extremely chaotic.
