Enviamos un grupo de 10 reservas, alrededor de 30 personas, las reservas eran por grupo, NO aparecían y les decían a mis clientes que no tenían habitaciones cuando si estaban!!! Aparentemente tienen 2 sistemas ya que en otro lado aparecían, les hicieron esperar 4 horas el día 1 y ya van por 2 horas hoy que es su 2da estadía! Hotel pésimo y mala organización!
