DO NOT STAY HERE. ESPECIALLY FOR FAMILY TRIPS. We are currently on the 5th night of our anniversary trip, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The soundproofing is non-existent; we can hear the guest in the next room snoring, and the doors are so poorly designed that we jump every time someone opens a door across the hall, thinking it’s our own. Beyond the noise, the service is a disgrace. The front desk staff is unprofessional and lacks basic respect for guests. To make matters worse, the hallways smell like marijuana, which is completely unacceptable for a family trip. We even requested a wine opener two days in a row, only to be told they don't have one available at all. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

My bestie and I stay at this hotel Dec 20-Dec 22. I arrived to Miami Airport and I immediately called the hotel for a shuttle ride they asked me my name number and how many was in my party which was me. My bestie was already at the hotel Travis the guy at the front desk said he would let the driver know this was at 9pm. My bestie called she was in the lobby I informed her that I spoke to someone already about the shuttle and that I didn't get a frame. Mind you the ride is 15 mins to the hotel. She asked Travis and he stated that the driver was on his way back with a crew of people that he already picked up and he will be back for me its already about 945 now. So I am still waiting I see the shuttle I was suppose to be getting in bypass my door which was 15 and stop to door 19 to pick up some other people as I walked down there and informed him he passed me he was suppose to pick me up he closes the door and was rude saying I dont have room I picked them up I will be back let me do my job and walked away without talking to me. Older spanish guy who was the driver. My bestie was on the phone during all this and told Travis how dissatisfied with the service and all that time I was patient and calm until that interaction, I was annoyed and irritated at the lack of respect and the disregard. Travis told me to take a Uber which I had plan on doing now because it was already after 10 and the hotel would reimburse me just email the receipt and they did once I arrived and gave me some complimentary non alcoholic beverages. I expected delays be ause of the holiday but the rudeness being disregarded and disrespected by that driver I will not tolerate. My bestie spoke with the manager the next day and he apologized and gave us complimentary shuttle tickets to get to the port of miami for our cruise Monday. We were grateful, but we weren't looking to receive anything but better communication and service. The hotel itself was nice breakfast was good yall only didn't get that 5 star from me because of that shuttle issue. We will be back one day for another stay.

The hotel and staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast was hot and good. We were allowed to stay an additional 2 hours because of having a later flight. We would love to stay here again! Also, the restaurants nearby were plentiful and the Japanese restaurant across the parking (Miyako) was DELICIOUS!!!!!

My best friend and I traveled to Miami and stayed a few nights at the hotel before boarding our cruise on Monday. Overall, our experience was pleasant! The main issue was the shuttle service that was advertised by the hotel. I called for the shuttle and waited almost an hour and a half for it to arrive. Another family and I ended up riding the shuttle together once it finally came. When we got to the hotel, Travis (a tall, young gentleman) was very welcoming and sweet. He offered us complimentary bottled water and snacks, which we appreciated. My friend’s flight arrived later than mine, so I stayed in the hotel lobby near the front desk while talking with her on the phone as she waited for the shuttle. The shuttle driver who arrived at that time was extremely rude to her and drove off without picking her up, even though it was clear he could have picked her up since other guests had just been dropped off (I was sitting in the lobby and saw everyone that got on and off the shuttle). Travis told me to have my friend take an Uber and assured us that the hotel would refund her once she got there. When she got to the hotel, Travis provided a refund. The next day, I spoke with the manager, Marcus (I think), who was extremely professional and helpful. I didn't want a refund, I simply just wanted to make him aware of the situation. He gave us two shuttle vouchers for transportation to the cruise port, which we greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Marcus, Travis, Jorge, and the young lady that helped us that weekend! We will definitely be back.

We were tourists who came down from Ocala because we were flying out of Miami in the morning. Hampton is one of our favorite hotels to stay at whenever we go somewhere. This hotel was the perfect checkpoint. The room, staff, and breakfast were amazing. Price was good at $235 for 1 night with 2 adults and 1 child. If we're ever flying out of Miami again, we will definitely be staying here again! We're glad to be a Hilton Honors Member!
