  May stay as incredibly awful. Traveled with my two kids and left within two days of stay. We traveled in June 2025, during that time it rained, and our room as located on the first floor. My kids wake up to large roaches, a total of three seen. The staff accommodate us by moving us to a different floor, offered 15% for one day stay. The staff in general lacked curiosity and was spoken to very rudely. Once we moved to another hotel we were able to relax roach free.

  Spark by Hilton is a fantastic stay. I was there recently and even though the weather wasn’t great, my stay here was. The rooms were clean and everything was operating properly, the staff was nice and caring. Always asking if I needed something. Next time in town I’m definitely staying here. Thanks so much. 😊

  Breakfast refills were not done timely. Ran out of coffee caps. Should include more options in breakfast. Kitchen vessels were not clean and given to us without checking. If the breakfast is managed efficiently, this hotel will be an excellent option.

  Great room, King sized suite bed was comfortable and room was clean upon checking in. Front desk person was friendly. We traveled on Christmas so I was glad to notice signs alerting us that cleaning staff were given the day off. No problem. We could get what was needed from desk. Friday we did see some staff but not our room. Saturday our 3rd day 2nd full day we cleared out. Upon on return room had been serviced but only trash taken out and more towels placed. The floor was not swept. The bed was not made, tissue restocked but neither bar soap or wipes. Breakfast was good consisting of bagels, muffin,fresh fruit, spreads, orange juice and coffee. All free. The ladies in the breakfast bar were nice and kept it stocked until breakfast time was over. Pool are was kept clean as well as the fitness center. I would stay again.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ | Spark by Hilton Date: December 27, 2025 Absolutely unacceptable and poorly managed hotel. We extended our reservation (after been here for 3 nights) and were explicitly told we had to check out at normal checkout time and return for check-in at 4:00 PM. We complied. When we came back at 5:20 PM, we were given the same room (219) which had not been cleaned at all—no housekeeping, no fresh towels, no bed service, nothing. We were two different families here before and now we are forced to stay in the same unserviced room, which is completely unacceptable and borderline negligent. When we raised the issue, staff (front desk lady with glasses) claimed there were no other rooms available and said they would “text the housekeeper” for towels. That was the extent of their solution. No accountability. No urgency. No apology. This is a basic failure of hotel operations and hygiene. Clean rooms and proper turnover are the absolute minimum expectation, especially under a Hilton brand. This location clearly lacks competent management and respect for guests. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel unless you’re comfortable paying for dirty rooms and substandard service.
